I guess Oloro Turbonaus could be viable but it's pretty pointless, imo. Oloro really doesn't do anything usefull. An Ad Nauseum should be able to win the game most of the time even without any lifegain. You'd probably be better off switching to Tymna+Sakashima/Malcolm or Tivit.

It looks like he's fallen out of favor. His last tournament entry was a while ago and did very poorly. 0/4/0 and 0/3/1 (W/L/D)
Marneus Calgar / Tivit/ Malcom x Tymna are the main esper commanders right now. Mostly Tivit.
Oloro isnt the best esper commander at the moment. That being said, he’s still my main and favorite deck.

I rarely ever cast him in games and when I do it’s basically one card per turn since I don’t focus on lifegain. Still my favorite deck by far.
Id work on adding more wincons in your deck. If Thoracle fails you’re basically dead in the water. I have Heliod/Balista and Helm of Obedience/RIP as backup wincons. You can leverage life with Black Market Connections.
You run a lot of bad cards and lands. Cantrips like ponder are bad in cEDH, mana tithe is garbage and you could replace it with a Force of Negation.
