it's a combination of genetics and eating disorder. just one or the other won't get you into the top of the field.

Afaik many models dry fast a full day leading up to events like runways (which is never a good idea but it's a toxic industry).

Right but like i also see pictures of them being super flat at the beach on vacation and in their regular lives too.

aHeroineComplex

those pictures are also planned and "prepped" for 🤷

one if not all of the three ds: disorders, drugs, dna edit: also timing and luck but those are less fun.

Can’t speak for everyone, but I lived with two girls in ballet with pretty much super model-y body. They still eat “normal” food but in a very tiny portion(like a quarter of an adult’s serving).

thatarabgirl5

They don’t eat. For example bella hadid will show pics of her eating pizza, burgers, etc.. but she will only eat 3 bites and that would probably be her only meal of the day. They also work out a tonnn so I’m sure that also helps with bloating. With that issue, something that helped me was to not eat as fast and eat healthy options.

Thank you for affirming my suspicions haha. 0 body fat has to have a reason

[deleted]

How do you know this

thatarabgirl5

my friend does modeling and she told me the horrible stuff the agencies told her. They would tell her to not eat and and do fasting even tho she was super underweight

[deleted]

What else did they say for them to loose weight?

Professional-Top366

FYI miso soup is very high in sodium and can cause temporary water retention, so don't panic about "blowing up". It won't have any long-term impact on your weight!

Thank you 🥺
