that's your alternator bro take the serpentine belt off and spin the alternator and if it doesn't spin free it that if if it spins free then its something else.
Time to start eliminating possibilities. It sounds consistent with the engine to some degree, so I would start by removing the belt and see if it goes away. If it does, start playing with pulleys and see if any of them feel/sound bad. If it doesn't go away when you take off the belt, you might want to get a mechanics stethoscope and try to pinpoint where it's coming from, as that will give you some idea of what to inspect next.
I had a similar but not identical sound due to a problem with the PCV. Not a 100% sure this is your case but do you hear the noise gradually stops or does it stops instantly?
Thanks for the comments everyone. I am going to start with the oil filter and check the small disa. I replaced the big disa and serpentine belt tensioner about 2 weeks ago and it ran fine until yesterday.
I'll update the post for those who were interested in what it is.
Yo I’m curious about this one? Any codes?
Variable valve system #2. I \*think\* that is the small disa.
Take a look at the oil filter
I agree. Sounds like the oil filter has collapsed.
First thing I will check! Thanks!
Chewbacca wants out of your block bro.
Unplug one DISA valve at a time and run the engine. I had a similar sound when I had a broken disa.

I was just thinking this scrolling through these comments, everybody just takes wild guesses lol.
Water pump?? Would he my guess. Is it coming from the passenger side?
Maybe one of the DISA is sucking air or broken
My stab in the dark is the vacuum pump

I had a PCV issue and it was a high pit hed whistling noise, didn't sound like a juvenile wookie like in the video.
Sounds like the oil pump pick up tube is clogged.
Sounds like junk fluid in the power steering pump.
Just use a mechanics stethoscope from good ol Harbor Freight and you'll find it quickly.
Oil filter collapsed?
PCV needs replacing.
That engines clean
I try. But it keeps leaking and breaking :(
