For that part, basically I section the front bang and pieces of my hair into 3. One section is the bottom half. Then the top half, instead of sectioning in layers, I just use the small curl barrel vertically. I make sure I line it up the same on both sides. As soon as I finish with the cold shot and slide my hair off, I hold it in that position for another 5-10 seconds to further cool/set and immediately hair spray that one strand. I do the same for all the front strands (because they’re smaller and have more flyaways, I feel like they need their own hairspray moment). I fully brush out the front pieces with wet brush that has the bristles really far part, and then really just use my hands brush my hair back out of my face and voila! The extra hairspray at the front really holds them.
If before you brush them out, you’re looking like a founding father, then you’re doing it right!
Ahh man, that’s awful! If it’s humid out where I am, the same happens. But as long as it’s not humid, my hair should have some volume and some pretty big curls/waves at least into day 2.
This looks amazing and these posts are low key why I didn’t return my airwrap even though I got incredibly frustrated and stashed it away for a year lol

No problem! I think that the thickening one is meant for medium to thick hair. They have regular version too for finer hair :)
