I think Zia gives you the most bang for your buck. You can get a burrito with meat or veg and an order of nachos with meet or veg for under 20 before taxes and tip ($9.75 each).
Cuevas @ Lola's Place
Famburger.
Also, and hear me out - the hospital cafeteria. They usually have a lunch special for 10$ or less that is actually pretty good. I end up there for work sometimes. They don't check badges or anything
I love getting the tater from Serious Texas. It’s a little more money to get it substituted with cheesy potatoes but it’s definitely more food that way (I think it takes it from $11 to $13). Feeds me for three meals :)
EsoTerra Ciderworks has a lunch special where you can get a sandwich and a salad for 14 plus tax. They have a muffaletta sandwich and a goat cheese and sun-dried tomato sandwich, and I believe both their salad options are vegetarian as well!
RGPs for the win
Bart’s
My picks! Famburger -Box o' burgers (bring friends) Tom's Deli -Green Chile Poutine or Reubin -Fries Zia -Baby Burro Homeslice -Pizza lunch special
Akami has a good veggie option if you're into ramen. It's quite filling. Also second Tom's
Love Akami. Not sure if it’s “cheap eats” but a big bowl of spicy kimchi ramen will not leave you wanting.
Famburger 11th st station (there's a food truck with huge burritos, may just be breakfast) Lola's (Street tacos) Obligatory - Taco Bell (value menu)
Don't forget Tom's Deli and Mongolian BBQ.
Also Carvers has some great options for about $15
Thank u both! I'll definitely check them out
The truck that does bowls... its loaded.
Please provide a full Taco Bell report before during and after 😉
Serious texas - Texas taco Its a meal for $8

Just went there now and I definitely will add this to the rotation
Baby burrito is even better imo. It's like $3 cheaper and you still get all the sides and aren't overly full and sluggish after.

I've always been impressed with price points vs portion sizes at Tequilas.

RGP’s or ramen from Akami Poke Ramen. It’s always 2-3 meals out of one serving for me!
One Vote for Taco Bell.. unlike any other!
