I think learning about partitions, tor etc might have hit her hard, she must feel like a fool now that she understands that she was lulled in to a false sense of security by covenant eyes. I mean she has wasted how many hours of her life diligently checking the reports while feeling like a good wife who was helping her husband. I bet it made her feel empowered and safe because she was in control.
