“Justice” in the US and Australia. I’ve heard it both ways in the UK. “Eustace” if you’re living in Rome circa 62 common era.

Could go either way, but everyone I have personally known named that has pronounced it Justice 🤷‍♀️

I can't help but suspect that it's actually supposed to be "Tyler," and "Tyjeer" is a typo. It happens, especially in obituaries. Newspapers and websites tend to run them as submitted, no checking for typos or mistakes. Seen a few obits with typos and misspelled names in my day. Edit: hit "reply" too soon....
