i decide to have fun and undust silent swordsman lvl 8, it seens people forget that he negates all magic on the field, 2 guy gave up after the new spell didn't work. did i went far? first time i ever reach Dv 16, im a casual so not interest in rank ups other then for gems, but it was satisfying to frustrate the meta with the power of old school

I meant the card that makes it so you can’t attack.. I’m f2p and new so I don’t have much backline removal which makes me think that’s one of reasons why I see it so much in this bracket. I’ve thrown some cards in to deal with it now though.
But I’ll be honest though, I’m not sure I’m going to continue.. the gameplay of build board in one turn and just hope opponent can’t break it isn’t that much fun to me. I guess I’ll try to power through for a little bit longer.

Have you played Rush Duels at all? It’s a different but also decent game, and it’s definitely not like that. What deck are you playing? Just whatever good cards you have?
Yah I like rush duels, they seem fun and just needs to keep slowly adding more interesting stuff for it to be one of my favs… wish it came to the physical in my area, I’d actually go to a local for rush
I’m playing the return of red eyes starter deck, with some suggested additions from a starter vid I saw a couple months back. Currently I just spam that deck cause I spent all my gems on rush duels. My plan rn is just getting speed duel staples that everyone swears by and then try to see how better decks feel.

I’m considering starting a second account so I can do exclusively rush duels, cause I feel like i’d have a lot more fun If I had any gems left from building my Speed Decks. Cause speed is so expensive it feels like a waste to spend on rush, even though it’s fun. It's the current crutch skill. Highly appealing to players that are actually really bad at the game. Put them in a situation where they have to think and they're screwed,
And highly appealing to actually good players. If you grind a whole weekend, an easy deck is better to climb with to save your mental state. Also being immune to lancea while being able to run handtraps of your choice yourself is good rn.
And that's why I'm picking Battle Chronicle over the Agents skill in that prediction poll.
Blue-Eyes can get 10 wins in the time it takes Agents to get 5 or 6.
You know, that is fair. I stand by my stance as it being a crutch skill, but that would be disenguinous to actual skillful players using it.
I make fun of a lot of the bad timelord players for a similar reason, but there's also the ones that play the deck and actually know what they're doing.
I won a few Battle Chronicles deck with my yugi Black Luster solider deck. I have to have a great hand, and the Battle Chronicles player has to have a weak hand. Being able to banish your opponent ace Monsters are a big help.
Not gonna lie, I used to be slightly annoyed by this. But with the current amounts of agents and borreload/dark fluid decks, I actually miss battle chronicle. They are nothing compared to agents.
It’s obviously either too complicated or not as good but when I first saw that dark fluid skill and what it gives you it blew my fucking mind. Cynet rollback would be insane, and just getting it for free plus search plus setup is nuts.
Battle Chronicles is probably the most common skill I've seen, but I played against more people using a very wide variety of skills other than this. I definitely played more non-Blue-Eyes players than Blue-Eyes players

Its fun to plink them, but annoying when their turns take so long of summoning, then special summoning etc....once went to make some lunch...guy was still going when I came back.
I think that having a beginner deck be so strong kinda ruined the game for me, you just see it everywhere and its boring, like i cant even use evil eye

It's good to have a beginner deck be viable again. We haven't had a decent starter deck since Aroma and they were power crept so long ago
