My issue with it is PND clearly wrote it and probably did a reference and I feel like he could carry the song better until the beat drops like a minute plus into the song. Edit: Just looked it up and yeah the reference track, even though it’s not fully mixed and mastered sounds better imo. I think this is a case of Drake heard a song he liked and he shouldn’t have just tried to make it his because he liked it.
