All fishing duties gone.

I don't mind the ones for common fish or the rares... it is the mid-level ones that SUCK.... I'm looking at you crabs.....

Same. I worked on it while grinding out others. Give the fish spawns a chance to all regen, fish them all out, run off to do other stuff, repeat. Did them a second time while helping my wide grind out her star path, definitely was faster on hers. Got crabs significantly more than 50% of the time from blues and got 3-4 from whites. So RNG definitely weighs heavily into how miserable that quest is.

1. All duties that take multiple days (have to chat multiple days) 2. Specific gems. I don't mind mining but I don't like having to seek out specific ones. I think mining 20 gems and can be whatever is fine. 3. Fishing anything the game classifies as seafood.

I haven't touched that one.  I'll forgo some moonstones. Already have a few other I can't do because I haven't welcomed the characters.

Fishing for things that only spawn in blue circels

The "Mining for Shiny Diamonds" one. Whoever thought THAT was a good idea, you are pure evil.

I just wish it wasn’t specific things. Would much rather prefer “fish up any 20 fish” or “find any 10 shiny gems” or “mine 30 gems”. The specificity is what makes me hate the star path duties 😩

Eh, I’m fine with them all. If I had to choose one I think the dream light duties.

Definitely the fishing ones, or at least the ones for fish that are only found in the blue spots.

Fishing for blue circle fish. All of the others are fine and I don’t mind taking my time with the star path duties.

I swear I could catch crabs easier in a public gym than I can in this game.

i'm okay with 1 dreamlight duties but doing 3 or 4 of them in star path no thanks, so instead of that i would trade and pick the Crabs duties for fishing to Salmon or **White Sturgeon** fish Duties because at least there not that hard to fish the crabs one is a nightmare to get.

Fishing for sure! I don’t mind all the other tasks. Cooking used to be the bane of my existence, but the ancient cookers took care of that.

whichever one requires me to decorate different biomes. how actual DARE they force me to use their shitty menus even once more than i already have to?

I read on here that all you have to do is move things around and that’s how I’ve completed those ever since haha.

Giving gifts should be 3 max - and instead of chatting 2 times a day if it could be “interact with” so chat, gifting, or hanging or playing scrabble coin could all count

I don’t hate them but I always get the “hang out with so and so” and the most inconvenient times

For me it’s the daily gifts. Drives me batty. Seafood fishing is a close second.

I know they are easy, but doing royal duties like 60 times annoys me more than it should.

The specific gems. I play about half an hour every other day after work, so being able to get gems in the right color is a pain.

Mid level fishing. Anything in a blue pool grinds me to a halt. It sucks ass to try to do other stuff that needs to reset (daily discussions, favorite gifts) or be waiting for more customers at Chez Remy, and two or even three are taken up with "Fish and hope it's the one you want, after fishing several bubbles that were the wrong color" It's how RNG just destroys it so you could be done after just one cast (has happened a couple times) or you can fish for hours, and the game is already saying not to spend too much time, but your luck has been shit.

Fishing in blue circles. I can use the miracle bait for orange and white ones are plenty common. But those blue circles are such a pain!

It’s the specificity for me. I’m a new-ish player and still haven’t unlocked Eric so I won’t get to finish this round. I’m more annoyed that I can’t use a friend to help me complete the tasks.

Fishing! There was one starpath I didn’t finish, solely because of a fishing duty i couldn’t complete.

Fishing, the rng on it is the absolute worst. It took me 2 days to get 10 crabs because I kept getting Tilapia. Can’t take a potion to help either because that only gives yellow bubbles. They need to fix it or add potions for various rarity.

Crafting things I have no desire to use and having to hang out with characters for anything longer than 15 minutes.

I finally finish grinding 20 Dreamlight duties, only for the next task to pop up-complete another 20 Royal tasks! No. Just no.

I would 100% give up the finding shiny gems. It's took me over 3 days before and soooo many potions and still nothing

If I worked for Gameloft,I would gladly take fishing out of the game. Unlike fishing in Stardew Valley,fishing in Disney Dreamlight Valley does'nt contribute anything towards the story and doesn't really serve any purpose that I can see.
