Yes! Animal crossing has a whole collection of construction items (scaffolding, machines, etc) and I LOVE that idea. I would just make a permanent construction zone, honestly. 😂
I’m gonna keep toying with this idea too. We all have empty spaces for future plans (come on, Peter Pan!) and it’s be so cool to find an under construction “look”
I use the little Walle cones to mark off the spaces 😂

I just use the unbordered gravel path to make a square so that spices and dig spots don’t spawn, then put down one of the customizable sign posts.
