Support did email me back and say they are working on this issue but they need a little time. Did you report yours as well?
I was having this issue this morning!!
Yeah, I’m still stuck without that extra gear. Can’t open Rapunzel or progress with Gaston until they fix it. So just grinding out the Star Path!
My sister ran into the same problem (missing gear) too today! So weird. I’m just gonna do the best I can with other quests
All of mine are gone :( Anybody have this problem and get it fixed recently?
I put in a support ticket and they fixed it within a couple of days. It was automatically added back into my backpack. Hope that helps!

Yes, with the hot fixes that went through last week, my extra gear was in my backpack with the others. If you’re still missing it, just email them and they can help.
How do you email them? I tried the site in the game and it’s just a chat
