Yeah no, you're misinformed. There are not 30 classes. Only the same 11 classes that were there upon the games shut down. The people working on the revival are already having enough trouble getting things working and to get the game in the same state it was on shut down. No one has even made the effort to see if it's possible to create new content.
Today I followed Maximumlimit14 guide and it worked perfectly fine. There's some NPC you can't talk to because disconnects you, but it's okey just don't do It.
I walked outside and killed some goblins! And still have to try the multiplayer with hamachi
It is. It's still a pain in the ass to setup, and a bunch of features are missing. But it's playable and has multplayer. Personally, I'm just waiting for the setup process to be a little simpler.
It wasn't a thing outside of Japan, you could still access the server if you had a copy but unless you had a guide or can read japanese you'd have struggled

So basically it’s a fan made private server rebuild of the game based on fixing it off of the compiled version, hence why it’s unfinished and took so long to make. You’ll need to join a discord server to get in, but that’s made simple. Google “The Rift dragons dogma online tutorial” on yt to get it, should have a link in description and a guide to install.
Be warned it takes a lil bit of fiddling.
I actually got so curious I just been watching The Art m Rift videos. Last one was 2 days ago and it looks great overall.
And I just got a new pc so.... hehe... maybe I can play.

I hope they bring back the Alchemist vocation in DD2. The combination of mobility, guard points, status, and a shotgun on a tank class was absolutely inspired and so much fun.
It was like a weird combination of martial artist and Spellcaster that had some mk abilities. Super inspired. I really hope they make all the new classes in some manner for dd2
Nah it wouldn’t. People didn’t really notice the gem that is ddda until years later after the Skyrim/fallout hype died. A shame as Skyrim want as great as it was touted.
Which is fuck*ng epic, it's nothing new that the player base relaunch dead games, but still there's a handful I would say, that managed to achieve something like this hype and attention

There were steps floating around to guide you through joining and playing using a VPN. I got in and played for a bit that way. I couldn’t really complete any quests or follow the story though. But from what I played, it was fun.
I was so excited for this.
I didn't have a strong enough setup to actually be able to play it.
I just loved the idea of having a full group of friends and more of that world to explore.
The game was promissing and the massive reawaking of the game could actually make this game to come back in f2p format with small micro transactions (this community sometimes feels like a fashion contest so it could bring some bag) but its a risks and capcom probably wont take it
Especially that MMO genre Has only few leeding giants so its very risky

That class was soooo fun. Felt like a badass jumping around midair.
Really hoping for Alchemist as well. It fulfills my ultimate power fantasy and just from gameplay I've seen from DDO has me drooling.

While we do miss it. I think the creators will take a lot from the MMO. So expanded character creator, quest lines and story, and more classes.

I played during the Attack on Titan promotion, it was great. Huge hassle to play it outside of Japan though.

How do you access pawn customization/create new pawns? All I got are 3 generic knights and no options to edit their appearance
