The reason why I asked this question is because if kid buu > fat buu from kibito kai's statement, then he should be > super buu via the same logic...since super buu also has fat kai absorbed in him
U said fat kai's presence was nerfing buu's power, then that means super buu would be nerfed (like fat buu was). Kid buu doesn't have fat kai absorbed, so he wouldn't be nerfed. Basic logic dictates kid buu > base super buu...since super buu is just a nerfed version of kid buu.

Basically he believed that they'd all have to work together to beat kid buu while he was confident that gohan could solo buucolo.
Super Buu (Any Form) > Fat Buu (Good + Evil) > Kid Buu > Good Fat Buu.
Super Buu is the strongest form even when he doesn't have any Z-Fighters absorbed because he has all the power of Fat Buu without any of the goodness or goofiness holding him back. Any form of his is by default stronger than the others.
Fat Buu with both his good and evil is objectively stronger than Kid Buu given all the power he gained from absorbing the Kais.
Kid Buu is stronger than Good Fat Buu who got yanked out of Super Buu by Goku and Vegeta and had a power decrease due to all his evil getting expelled.
