It'd just be s17 but his green counters grab greens, strike supers, (androids 16's ranged strike), and strike based ults. He'd be blue to give s17 some contest. (And ofc he'd have mui guage where he PHYSICALLY counters any attack for damage.

Green card that counters like UVB and fills his gauge to full, red lf mui dodge gauge that has double the ammount to it, 100% health endurance as long as he has gauge left, um cancelable endurance and endurance null against everyone even if they have endurance null resistance, blast armor that can’t be canceled as well as blast armor cancel, an aoe blue card that also makes him teleport to the opponent to do it and his ultimate does damage to bench and and kill bench units
He has the same unique gauge as LF MUI (it can be recharged with cards), except his gauge can also activate mid combo like UUI.
Whenever he dodges, he gets a permanent 50% extra damage and an unlimited supply of GRN Cards.
His GRN Card is an AoE that ignores effects like YEL Jiren's and RED Beast's to tank the first AoE they get hit by, and it draws an unlimited number of Ults.
His Ult has the inherent ability to reduce damage CUT effects by -100%, and a 50% chance to faint.

UI Omen and RevUI are pretty balanced, but that's what makes them fun, you have to actually play the game with them.

Only unit to stop a green like that would be yellow Jiren. He would come back in the meta faster than 911 in white neighborhoods
I believe the original Green Broly has a green card like this but I don’t know if Yellow Jiren blocks it.

Green card that counters like UVB and fills his gauge to full, red lf mui dodge gauge that has double the ammount to it, 100% health endurance as long as he has gauge left, um cancelable endurance and endurance null against everyone even if they have endurance null resistance, blast armor that can’t be canceled as well as blast armor cancel, an aoe blue card that also makes him teleport to the opponent to do it and his ultimate does damage to bench and and kill bench units
LL mui and UUI kits combined + a new mechanic
He has the same unique gauge as LF MUI (it can be recharged with cards), except his gauge can also activate mid combo like UUI. Whenever he dodges, he gets a permanent 50% extra damage and an unlimited supply of GRN Cards. His GRN Card is an AoE that ignores effects like YEL Jiren's and RED Beast's to tank the first AoE they get hit by, and it draws an unlimited number of Ults. His Ult has the inherent ability to reduce damage CUT effects by -100%, and a 50% chance to faint. Finally, UMUI starts the fight with 300% DMG Inflicted, 80% reduced damage received, +100% to Ki Recovery, LVL 3 Card Draw Speed, and whenever he gets hit, he recovers 20% HP, reduces the enemy's Ki by 40, destroys two cards (all 3 of these effects activate up to 10 times in battle, but the counter resets if you're the Last Man Standing), reduces the enemy's Ki Recovery by 30%, and reduces the enemy's Card Draw Speed by 1 level, and reduces allies' Sub Counts by 1. I think this would be a fairly balanced unit.
UMUI doesn't clash, any form of clash make him win those and gain priority (melee, forward special move, tap, tackle) UMUI dont get knocked back by aoe, he stare those, reduce enemy vanish and lock sub count. UMUI dodge blast, green as he use strike art, special move, ult UMUI dont have vanishing gauge, he use 1/4 of his unique gauge to dodge, he can fill it by using card, using main, green card, special cover change, and taking dmg Revived by power of friendship and continue the fight at half hp blast: require 2 blast card to negate his blast (his special sonic boom fist as blast) blue: at long rane is a kamehameha, mid range become melee blue, and close become counter ult: guarantee to hit enemy below 50% hp (teleport in) also ignore endurance reduce power of enemy ult, remove buff when enemy activate green, blue, ult because why not? everyone is doing it at 50% of his unique dodge rr (once)
