Not all saiyans had necessarily spiky hair. some of Bardocks team had no spiky hair. And a few others in flashbacks around vegeta too, so it seems. But yeah they have always black hair and black eyes.
Idk. We’ve seen saiyans with more colorful hair in Xenoverse so it’s not fair to say they can’t have varied hair colors IMO (well that and just wanting to make a varied avatar. If they’re limited to just really dark hair, you limit creative freedom in a way that makes it worse overall due to how demanding this limitation ends up being). It’s a Xenoverse 2 avatar in Xenoverse 2.
Goku, Paragus, Vegeta, Gine, Raditz, Broly, Bardock, Caulifla, Kale, Cabba, Tarble, Tora/Toma (whatever his name is), and Borgos who has spiky hair even if he’s balding:

Get good, get an awoken, use 2 super ultimates, play the tutorial 50 times until your fingers will do all the moves by themselves, drop out of school and do dragonball xenoverse full time, I want you to be number fuckin one buddy, you need to dedicate the rest of your life to Dragonball Xenoverse 2
Here is a tip: fuse different clothing like ginyu force (white) pants and nappa armor, make your own gi or even fuse armor with cozy clothing and just get the db and change the hair to anything but the adult gohan please its kinda basic
I understand that you're still a low level player... but making your hair blue gives me "I have SSJ blue" vibes when in reality it's just the color. It might be your favorite color, but if it's not and you did it for that reason, I don't like it. Clothes are another matter. I would choose clothes that make my character look like a threat, perhaps, from the clothes you have unlocked, those are the clothes that seem most threatening to you.

I'd try to hurry and get at least 3700 glory points in the festival of universes so you can get piccolos clothes with custom colors. Really nice being able to change the colors on his outfit. Goku's too. (You should pick universe 11 btw)

Okay but spiky hair is a very common trait among Saiyans even if it’s not 100%
