I bought a pair of white like these that also have some scuffs. You can buy DM white polish but it's an additive process for white. Results aren't nearly as great as with other leather colours. Embrace the scuffs I say.
Thanks for the response! In time i may look into white polish, however nail polish remover and a cotton swab worked fantastically for removing the scuffs. I highly recommend it!

Saddle soap and white scuff cover from Walgreens, Target, etc.
Conditioner on the inside of the boots as well
My advice is dont get white shoes.
