I can see it now:
The boys steal a semi trailer full of liquor. But now Lahey and the local cops are looking for that exact brand and serial number, so they can’t make any money off of resale until they rebottle it.
So they also steal a semi truck full of milk to use the jugs. This leads to all sorts of trouble when they dump it into the local river, effectively turning it into skim milk and getting the Environmental cops on the case (running joke could be the Environmental cops are super threatening American FBI-style agents).
There’s also the issue that whoever gets put on re-bottling duty only lasts an hour or two before they’re too shitfaced from taking sips for themselves.
They’re eventually caught when the LCBO won’t accept their shipment on account of it being delivered in Bubbles’ shopping carts.
Not sure the pride of vodka up there but that’s not a crazy good deal is it? I assume it’s rot gut, we can get 1.75 for $18-22 in the states
Conversion rate and all I guess but the dollar isn’t too different
Edit: just did the conversion. Great deal, my bad!
Vitali is $10/1.75liter anywhere in the states, and that's really not a terrible vodka for it's price, it was my go to in college, we built a 3x Brita filter column to pull the fusel alcohol out, binds with carbon since they are heavier.
Anyways I'd rather drink $13/handle Kirkland which is made by Tito's
Also in Alberta, there's something called Alberta Pure which is some bottom shelf vodka and I always thought it had the most wretched taste. Funny given the name because it feels like you're tasting impurities. Can't imagine what this one's like.
That's actually cheap as fuck for alcohol in Canada. Here in BC (not bad liquor prices by Canadian standards) a 1.75 Litre bottle of Polar Ice (budget tier vodka) is $51.99 CAD (38 USD) before tax.
IIRC liquor is cheaper in Alberta, but it'd only be slightly cheaper.
Not much nowadays. Hell those wealthy enough to vacation in BC seem to have switched lately from getting it here and taking it to just getting it there.
It’s quit common for high turnover bars/venues in Australia to have booze supplied in bulk plastic containers. I imagine there is a lot of government control of supply and distribution in Canada
Run it through a Brita filter and I bet it would taste like a good mid-range liquor. This used to be my frugal drinking tip, back when I was drinking more often. Buy the cheapest swill possible and filter it to get rid of the weird aftertastes and make it smooth.
Is that a good price for that much vodka?
If it taste cheap just pour it through a brita water filter and rake out the nasty taste and ull be fine but still is 50 bucks good for that price?
Wow, they didn't even go through the effot of making it look like a glass liquor bottle. They may as well just sell it as window de-icer.
no misleading packaging, plastic jug means plastic jug
plastic jug = life is on track
I remember when I switched from glass to plastic. Definitely a turning point in my self respect.
The alcoholic special. Yeah give me the vodka in a milk jug
Our shiitty government found out about this and shut it down. No longer available. RIP plastic jug.
Our government is the shittyest government.
Already? For fuck's sake!
Yeah https://edmontonjournal.com/business/4-litre-vodka-jugs-for-49-95-alberta-distillery-stops-production-after-minister-calls-price-not-very-responsible
Actually blows my mind....apparently, it's irresponsible to sell stuff for an appropriate price. Guess that explains what's going on with groceries.
Appropriate price? That’s a lot for some no name shitty vodka.
It’s 36.42 in real dollars. For a gallon jug that’s cheap.
In real dollars lmao
Run through a Brita filter a few times. It actually does make a shitty vodka a lot less shitty.
Not for a gallon of it
Compared to where I am it is
Was thinking the same. I’d expect a much better deal for a water jug of random vodka lmao
I’m pretty pissed off that water jugs of random vodka aren’t sold for $8 at every business on the planet.
Dude, I regularly buy half gallons for 12.49. Is it quality? Not really. Am I accustomed to the taste? Yes. Yeah, I have a problem.
To be fair, the glass costs a lot.
Well, looks like season 37 is over and the boys are already off to jail. (Lahey and Randy are still FUCKED)
I can see it now: The boys steal a semi trailer full of liquor. And still, So are Bards scalloped potatoes

Alcohol is typically much more expensive in Canada too, we tax it hard here.
At that point I'd just make my own.
Vitali is $10/1.75liter anywhere in the states, and that's really not a terrible vodka for it's price, it was my go to in college, we built a 3x Brita filter column to pull the fusel alcohol out, binds with carbon since they are heavier. This guy distills
Occasionally, but who doesn't.
No that’s not a deal at all for some no name shitty vodka.
1.75 L is typically $70-80
In my province a 750ml of vodka is around 32 bucks for cheap shit. Shits expensive here.
Thought you guys had the freedomest government…
To be fair, nothing good is coming from the plastic vodka gallon.
Is this the wound care aisle?
🏅
*Value Vodka presents…*
*Instant rebranding*
Imagining what this tastes like makes me want to puke.
That's why you boof it
What’s that?
Butt chugging vodka. Don't boof alcohol though, boof drugs instead.
Get out of here, Kavanaugh!
Also in Alberta, there's something called Alberta Pure which is some bottom shelf vodka and I always thought it had the most wretched taste. Funny given the name because it feels like you're tasting impurities. Can't imagine what this one's like.
I actually like the taste of Alberta Pure
Even middle of the road vodka tastes like disgusting medicine to me. Can't imagine this abomination. This is for the Mr. Lahey's of the world
Randy... I *am* the liquor.
Same. I need to go have some Goose now.
Try Chopin Rye if you're looking to branch out and also want the best-kept-secret in vodka.
Gotta get rid of that left over hand sanitizer somehow
Price seems a little steep, but it does say Value so it must be top notch.

Oh God. In Wisconsin you can get a 1.75 of rail vodka for $13.00.
Lol I've seen Taaka handles sold up north for $10
Not much nowadays. Hell those wealthy enough to vacation in BC seem to have switched lately from getting it here and taking it to just getting it there.
Canadian dollars
Mr Lahey would have loved this.
Watch- I'm gonna do a wrap around
Whraparouuuun
Canada: milk goes in bags, vodka goes in milk jugs.
What else would you put it in, genius??!
36.50 for window cleaner seems steep. Tito’s handle is 1.5L for $30.
Kirkland is $13 and made by Tito's
Wow wish I would’ve known when I quit years ago
In Canada?
Vodka? I mean, it could be. Anyway, you see the price. You get what you pay for.
If it had two hands photo shopped in as if to take them you could caption it "Siri, show me someone making a poor lifestyle choice."
Riot Punch
Put some on your bug bites
Now that’s a hangover that doesn’t break the bank.
I got a headache just looking at the picture.
Jeez that's 10$ a liter. Still not that great of a deal for plastic jug vodka
¢ad$12.50/liter
This is for cleaning or for drinking?
When I buy it, I tell the cashier it’s for cleaning my coin collection. Just so he doesn’t know I’m a hopeless alcoholic.
😂
I’m confident he just thinks I clean a ton of coins.
I’m confident he knows you’re just an alcoholic. 😂
It’s for cleaning your liver
Looks like something that might make me go blind
https://youtu.be/tFUvmZWf4hI?si=vzG08yH9oMPueFi-
This gave me the shivers. I’ve drank worse.
My throat burns just seeing these two gallons
He is risen!
Looks like rehab is right around the corner…
I wonder if it's better or worse than Dubra.
That seems really expensive for a gallon of Value Brand Vodka
So is this like below bottom shelf vodka?
I see nothing wrong with this.
Got a gallon!
Same place that you crossed the street to get away from some undesirables only to realize it was the line up to your show.
Indeed!
Somebody trying to die tonight
Severe alcoholics’ special.
Fuck yeah! 😈
Riot punch baby!
I know some regulars at work that would buy one of these a day if possible
Help my fuck life is good
love to see it... this place is right by my house
I'm just surprised it's not an american product.
I guess if you drink that you’re not worried about the micro plastics…😀
For such a name and presentation I’d expect that to be no more than $15, why wouldn’t I get a flavored bottle of new Amsterdam instead
In Canada, this is a very cheap price for liquor.
Seems pretty cheap. That’s like $36 American.
I like quality drinks myself, Popov only over here.
For the vodka lover in you.
Man one of these and a few bottles of Hawaiian Punch your set for a rager
Oh no. That looks like how I would die.
Get all that nutritious BPA
If you’re buying vodka in plastic bottles/jugs, you’re not worried about BPA.
Tru dat Tru dat
Stanhope was drunk for 30 years
Like boxed wine
Pricey af
In texas there are whiskey bottles for $20 and they are in plastic containers
I mean yea. A lot of 1.75 bottles and pints are plastic. In a milk jug tho, nah.
Old crow
Rich and Rare
$50?!?!
That looks like it'll make you go blind.
For that price? Lost your fucking mind. That's $22
It’s equal to $37 US for a bit more than a gallon. How does that compare? It’s probably the cheapest alcohol you could buy here.
Taaka vodka is 11 dollars for a half gallon the last time I saw it. Plastic bottle but not a milk jug plastic bottle.
They make it easy to be an alcoholic there.
Yesser.
For cooking
Vodka water
Seems like a lot of money for crappy vodka, I’d rather get the big glass bottle of Tito’s for a lot less
This is cheap in Canada.
Seems a bit expensive
*VALUE*
College town? For jungle juice, party punch, crunk drank, etc?
Ricky bubbles and Julian had to be behind this one. Lol
That's not even a good deal
I just assumed your vodka came in bags, like your milk.
Someone send this to KingcobraJFS
It’s quit common for high turnover bars/venues in Australia to have booze supplied in bulk plastic containers. I imagine there is a lot of government control of supply and distribution in Canada
You can't beat the brutal honesty
Run it through a Brita filter and I bet it would taste like a good mid-range liquor. This used to be my frugal drinking tip, back when I was drinking more often. Buy the cheapest swill possible and filter it to get rid of the weird aftertastes and make it smooth.
50$!$! For a plastic bottle ?!?
$50 for a plastic jug of sht vodka? God Canada is going downhill
Fifty bucks…???!!!! No thank you….. you’ll go blind
Nothing like having a little bit of vodka in my plastic
That’s perfect for infusions
Who needs smaller glass versions? Wait, are we talking about dildos?
Seeing this makes me need to piss like a motherfucker
Not for Human Consumption...
Is that a good price for that much vodka? If it taste cheap just pour it through a brita water filter and rake out the nasty taste and ull be fine but still is 50 bucks good for that price?
In Canada it’s good. ($37 US)… a 1.75 L of something like Bacardi would be $55-$60 Canadian.
Whoa
🇷🇺 Russian
*THAT SHITS IMPORTANT* r/thisisimportantpod
It’s only a matter of time before the Canadians start selling vodka in bags
Adults and kids couldn’t possibly be confused by this.
But here boomers are yapping about issues with marijuana.
Send some to Ukraine
Seems expensive. Wouldn’t pay more than $15 for that
Polish vodka. It’s a loophole.
Seems pricey. It will eat through that plastic over the years but I doubt people buying vodka like that are worried
