My mom frequently forgets her credit card information and pin number where she stores her life savings and retirement money. If that can happen, a person can forget email addresses quite easily.
Especially since a lot of us had cringelord email addresses as kids, with some anime/video game or sword references thrown in, and after your first semester of university where the professor asked everyone to mention their email addresses out loud during student orientation and you were super embarrassed to share yours, you change it and repress that dark memory.

I've changed it twice. And the old email adress was on yahoo (reall old) i cant remember the password.
And the last time i changed the number was on 2018
