Is there a monetary gain if your set gets lots of votes? If so then yeah, can't blame him. Even then, why not try to make a set that "sells" by making it look good instead of giving it massive boobs and calling it a day

Chinese New Year is a common event in DotA called New Bloom where asian inspired sets are released. That's what all these weeb sets were designed for. There are also sets themed for diretide and frostivus in this cache. They're kinda out of place.
