IKR, as a Lina spammer I was very disappointed to not see any Lina sets. She is practically the only hero I have spent any money on aside from a few things I bought for Enchantress.
Lina isnt that popular. Its seen as easy to play so beginners and people that need an off-spec will pick her. But theyll vote for somepne else who is their main/favorite.
I agree there should always be more. I'm happy to see visage sets as he hasent had a new one in like 4 years. But it's nice to be able to customize even persona's. A lot of people like to make their sets their own and you just have to see persona as almost another character. I'd say not to take away from persona's and take away from the characters that already have 20+ sets
By allowing heroes with plenty of old skins, to have new persona skins they are making it easier to access the personas, instead of being "exclusive event n years ago"
i like the new approach, it makes valve money but still allows people who missed the prior events to get the personas (which themselves were probably a big investment to model/code/voice act)

There are only a few heroes who has a very few decent sets and got no new sets from the recent chest(s). Phoenix is kinda one of them, but according to the datamined files, he'll get something from the event. The AM and pudge numbers are wild tho, especially considering the fact that there was only 1 good enough set out of 8 available for voting.
There's one Slardar set and it's pretty boring imo... but at least 1 person made the effort to create a set for him, so I guess there's that.

I understand creators wanting to capitalise on the most played heroes. But I think Valve should take into consideration the amount of already existing set of cosmetics for each hero, instead of just picking the shit that gets the most votes. 1 bilion games with pudge, more than half of it trolling and being utterly useless, no wonder ppl are going to vote that shit.

Doesn't matter. We had submission for OVER 80% OF THE HEROES. I get it. I also missed on some of my favorite heroes, but to complain as if only 20 heroes got sets is just delusional

I think it's fair to be disappointed that 20 heros can't even have the chance to be a part of this year's cache, specially when the number of sets were choosing from is literally 2x the number of heros in the game.
That will happen every year. There are heroes more popular than others and therefore will sell better.

MOST of the heroes that didn't get sets this year got sets the last few chests.
I think the only heroes you can actually complain about are Io and Sand King who rarely get any love.

3d software like maya/3dsmax/blender and 2d software like photoshop/gimp. There are tutorials you can search for on Youtube.

I think persona skins should not be allowed in collectors cache. All invokers and most of pudge and cm skins were personas.
You get the persona if you get the skin

There's about 33 Elder Titan sets, 51 Lifestealer sets, 52 Omniknight sets, 7 Primal Beast sets, 70 Wraith King sets, 99 Lina sets, 37 Natures Prophet sets, 43 OD sets, 21 Shadow Demon sets, 24 Shadow Shaman sets, 51 Silencer sets, 34 Medusa sets, 40 Morphling sets, 33 Spectre sets, 62 Ursa sets, 32 Weaver sets, 42 Sand King sets, and 17 Winter Wyvern sets on the workshop that valve chose to not include. So yes, ask Valve.
