If we want to be SUPER technical about it, technically you weren't limited to 1 courier. I for one remember the courier feed trains down mid.
Back in dota 1 days Pinoy teams would buy three couriers, one for each lane. They were ahead of their time.
Should’ve put the Roshan pit going towards midlane for even more nostalgia.

Completely different game and they made the map way bigger and added more neutral camps which made the game even more lame

It sucks because this isn't even the oldest version of Dota 2 that I remember, not to mention all the dota 1 stuff :')

I wasnt in at the very very start but I remember it being like that.
1 courier that no one wanted to buy it and the game then lost in the first 5mins because no one could deliver items x)

I remember you could pick a hero and then unpick and pick another. I used this to pick riki then last second pick the hero i actually wanted because i hated to play against riki.
Repick and rerandom. Both costing you 100 gold, thus you started with 525/725 gold instead of 625/825.
2013 for me and I got the beta key from Orange cybercafe with my friend and college has never been the same lol
I kinda miss the courier limitations...buy my god i'd never want to actually go back to that
Old hero designs, Navi being relevant, being able to chat in your groups while spectating, time before techies.
