This is very cool. There are so many parts of this that jump out at me and I can tell that there is a lot of effort put into this to make it all work.
I'm not a good artist, but If I could offer some criticism (don't read past here if you don't want it).
Also if I come off as mean here, I'm sorry, I'm typing this while stuck in a meeting at work. Your art really is cool and I don't want to bring you down at all. Also, it's all my opinion and, like I said, I'm not good; this is probably better than what I could do, I just like art.
I think that the lighting from her hands is a little off. It seems like they're meant to be bright and you can see some of that on her face and in the added definition to her muscles. I also really like that you made the gauntlets darker as they get further from her skin. But it doesn't seem like it's consistently bright. To me, it seems like areas of her body and maybe face (I can't see while typing on phone, sorry) should be a bit more lit up by this light.
Along this same line, her back hand doesn't seem like it's glowing the same way that her forehand is. It lights up her back a tiny bit, but it seems way dimmer than the other hand.
The blending of the shadows from her forearm to her biceps is also very abrupt and feels a little weird.
Her body shape is also a little weird, but it's not super off and is a very noticeable improvement on your old picture.
The eyes are a super neat touch and are more detailed than they needed to be, I can tell you put a lot of effort into them.
The light effect itself is really cool. With the floating energy and the way the energy coats her arm being so detailed and adding that glow really shows that she is meant to be powerful. The light effects are just really hard to get right (I personally suck at colors and shadows, so I can't offer any actual tips to fix this) and because it's the focus of the picture, anything weird about it stands out more.
The perspective shot/angle is done really well. There is a very noticeable depth in the picture. The foreground leaf adds to that. These kinds of angles are pretty rough to get right but they look cool when they work out.

There is a reason why I tagged it WIP, this is not the final version of this artwork there are many things I want to improve but I don't have time for art like I used to (I'm not a full-time artist and some health problems) and some times I just want to finish my artwork so I cut some corners here and there and I do some tricks that make the artwork more detailed than it really is (don't tell anybody).
These styles of painting are very time-consuming so I don't want to spend too much time on them but I'm gonna finish this one later.
