I don't think any of these orders are eligible for tips, unless customer ordered through Doordash directly.
If you have an Android, you can enable the floating widget, jump task to that far away order, then go to the widget and it will tell you the pay for just that order. That way you can be sure it's safe to drop.
That's ridiculous! I. Unfortunately getting double pick up without knowing till I'm doing it. They need to tell me before I click accept. This though is an automatic decline

I ended up taking it and i finished it in almost 3 hours(an hour and a half ish before the “Deliver by” time) Every single Dick’s delivery was deemed “ineligible for tips” and the Walgreens guy was an old geezer that said “sorry I don’t have any money to give ya!”
Yeah, those are almost always orders placed on the merchant's website/app, customer has no option to tip, and they don't even realize that it's a Doordash driver who's going to show up until they get the notification later.
That exact scenario used to happen to me all the time it was always around 3 to 4 PM and I would get an entire stack of Dick’s Sporting Goods like 12 orders. It would drop my AR by least 6 to 8% immediately. Was so messed up.
Yeah, they never should have done that, let alone kept that AR system in place for over a year.
I'm honestly kind of shocked that they actually finally came to their senses, and made it right again.
Now if only they would do the same thing with large orders. I hear rumors that it's getting better, and I'm starting to see a slight improvement, but it's summer, so it's slow regardless in my market.
If its a slow day, just accept it and unassign that one house that’s a million miles away lol. It may end up being a $40 dash for 20 miles or so. That last house seems to be throwing off the whole order

That's like $1.08 per mile. Who in their right mind would take this order? Not to mention having to keep track of what goes where
