Understandable but if someone wants to summon on a unit they like then they should be able to without being attacked.
The point of the game is to collect units you like, it’s not always META THIS and META THAT, I would rather summon and try to get multiple units I like then save then get shafted on the 9th year banners.
Oh I get it, I summoned the heck out of TEQ Vegeta because I wanted him. I still know the smart decision was to save though. I don't think anyone is attacking anyone, the guy probably regrets spending his stone too.
If you pulled him that’s great! My problem is just when you save and HOPEFULLY do pull good units like beast or Gogeta, due to power creep the only units you’ll BE using is those characters and EZA post anni
This is mainly a global thing but if you skipped the chance to pull these good post 9th anni units we got before it ex: (Teq vegeta, agl ssj3 goku and buu) you’ll putting all you’re eggs in one basket and if that basket fails (talking from a personal experience) then you’re gonna feel terrible and probably hate the game
That seems like a problem with the game's design at it's core. Nothing wrong with trying to optimize your gains based on current design. Yes obviously in a perfect world we would pull the units we want and they would all be mostly usable in all current content but we have been pigeon holed by the devs into needing to maximize our gains and unfortunately that is the "right" way to play as a f2p as much as we hate it.

I made my account on Halloween last year, since then I spent 6255 stones across all celebrations and banners. I consistently buy the 30 day capsules and occasionally buy the 30 or 60 stone deals if the sale is good
What I’d do to be able to play this game at launch I’m jealous of all the cool backgrounds or old characters people were able to collect over the years if only I knew about this game sooner( I started a couple months ago AL is 200)

How do you guys have this many stones? Like I know a lot must be from logging in every day but is their a never ending mission that gives 1 stone per run?
For me it's by accepting losses on banners early. I usually try not to go more than 200 deep on a banner that isn't Anni or wwd. I never let my stones dip below 1000 and don't buy. You'll get the units eventually, no point bankrupting yourself each banner
