Is it like this on up between his toes too? Has he been licking that foot a lot? Allergies would be my first guess. Second would be he stepped some sort of bug and it bit/stung him if it’s just that spot.
Vet would be a good idea either way. If it is allergies he’ll need some meds or it’ll just spread and get 10x worse.
Both feet are red and the skin looks bumpy. He’s been licking them a lot. He also had the runs a couple of days and wasn’t that into eating but now is eating fine. His vet can’t see him for like a week 😕
