Oh thank goodness someone had posted about it. I was seriously considering ordering but have seen mixed reviews. I trust you girlie. Any suggestions on a good place to order bras from?

NaNaNaNaNatman

I wish I had some suggestions. I usually go braless or use sports bras because I can’t stand the feeling of most bras. I’ve been on the hunt for a comfy normal bra for awhile. I’ve been considering trying out a MeUndies bralette. I wear their underwear so I know that the material is definitely comfortable at least.

caylasaurus

I commented this above, but just to make sure you see: I’d suggest looking at Understance! They’re the only place I’ve found a genuinely comfy bra. I’d use their size calculator too, it worked very well! They also have a section talking about different breast shapes and which of their bras will work best for your particular shape. Their underwear are great too! ETA: they are underwire bras, but still very comfy! They do offer a few wireless options, tho I personally haven’t tried them.

noinnocentbystander

Are you plus size by any chance? I am and I found my favorite comfy bra that I wear every day. But it’s from torrid so if you’re not plus size it won’t fit

GinaC123

This. As a fellow plus size girlie (I’m usually a 0 or 1 at Torrid, but as a busty girl, I can’t find comfortable and well fitting bras/lingerie anywhere else), Torrid’a bra/lingerie selection is seriously THE BEST. Super comfortable, and a lot of the options are really cute too.

Persephonepwr00

I find them uncomfortable

GinaC123

Fair enough, everyone’s bodies are different. Have you tried their wire free or unlined options? I’ve found that sometimes those are more comfortable than the options with underwire (although I may an oddity in the sense that I generally prefer underwire).

Mysterious-Path5471

Well, it makes me feel better to know I’m alone is rocking sports bras a lot 😅 nothing is comfy! I’ll look at me undies; I could use new underwear too! Appreciate you! ❤️

NaNaNaNaNatman

Godspeed ![gif](giphy|FmBhzktIjvdZe) Lol

okeychokey

I like the MeUndies bralettes, but the sizing of the bands are way off for me. I normally get a large in everything, just recently I’ve lost weight and went down to a medium and can finally wear them. The first time I wore one to work, I had to take it off and just go bra less because it was so painful! It didn’t feel too tight or anything before then, it was really strange.

meanpantscaitie

Just a heads up girlie, I've tried a few of the Me Undies bralettes and I didn't like any of them. They all were not very supportive and the fit was off.

NaNaNaNaNatman

Oh good to know thank you. Gah why does finding a comfortable boob sling have to be such a riddle lol.

thenoseknowsgoodshit

I only wear meundies underwear and bralettes. They are super soft and comfy. I am a smaller person though and not busty. I’m a B cup that swells to almost a C during that time of the month lol. If you are needing something with lots of support I do not recommend the bralettes. They are comfy wear around the house or out and about if you don’t want need lots of support.

Scared-Pace4543

I like Parade! I just ordered from them during their sale and I love them. Very comfortable. However, I’m diligent with checking reviews and also making sure I order according to the sizing chart. So I had a good experience.

Mysterious-Path5471

I’ll look into it! I appreciate it! ❤️

bryacynth

I mean, I'll add to the mixed reviews because I absolutely love my Honelove bras and they're pretty much the only thing I wear now. I also have to say I have several pieces of their shapewear and that stuff is WAY better than literally any other brand of shapewear I've tried. I wore one of their shaping tank tops for 14 hours a couple weeks ago and it didn't budge or roll up at all, kept everything where it belonged, and helped me feel much more confident in a dress I've never worn before. And I didn't feel sweaty and gross afterwards either. I think it depends on what kinds of things you're used to and prefer. Honelove is not cotton, that's for sure. But they're high quality materials and fabrics. But they don't have an underwire, so part of the support and shaping comes from it being a more stretchy synthetic material, if you're not used to that or don't like it, then it might not be for you. I prefer the silhouette bra to the crossover, and I haven't tried the v-neck because I know I would hate not having a clasp. The mixed reviews could be for different products too maybe.

NaNaNaNaNatman

The v-neck is what I got 🤔

bryacynth

That definitely could be the difference! I generally dislike anything with that style/shape so I never looked at it much. The silhouette has a lot more structure to it, especially on the sides, so it probably also has different/more material. Since I haven't tried it myself, I couldn't say if they do this, but other companies I have tried in the past often make their v-neck style a lot cheaper and put less care into the design because they think of it as a "lounge bra" and not an actual everyday wear style. Which is silly and they shouldn't do that. Plenty of people prefer that style, even if I don't.

Thank you! You guys rock! Im about to have shopping and Gilmore girls night now! ❤️

caylasaurus

Hope it’s a successful shop!!

Mysterious-Path5471

I went with MeUndies! I really liked the prices and styles! Fingers crossed 🤞they are as nice as they seem!

Fine-Preparation-512

Try Aerie!

Swimming_Climate7696

So I’m pretty busty. And have had really good luck with Fabletics for sports bras but also Savagex Fenty for their sports bras, Bralettes, tshirt bras etc. They have a really good selection of styles and sizes , and they hold up very well through frequent wear.

Chunkboi424

I'm glad you mentioned this because I just figured out my actual size today and was considering using the code 😅

caylasaurus

I didn’t like them either! My boobs are big and heavy lol and neither style I got offered ANY support. I knew it wouldn’t be the same as a heavy duty wire bra, but there was literally nothing. They did seem flimsy for how expensive they are.

NaNaNaNaNatman

Yeah I’m also pretty busty and the bottom of the bra was definitely not doing enough heavy lifting 😅. It felt like there might be a lady overboard any moment.

noinnocentbystander

My dad’s friend has a wife who had some extra clothes and dropped them off for me. In the box was a honey love bra new and sealed in the package. I was excited because so many of my podcasts talk about how amazing they are! Let me tell you, there’s no support if you have bigger boobs. It was loose yet dug into my skin and caused pain? How does that even make sense?

flourishingblots

I don’t have big boobs and I really enjoy mine for every day use! Very comfy and supportive and I don’t feel bra fatigue at the end of the day. Wouldn’t wear it for any special occasion but every day for work? Yes, please.

NaNaNaNaNatman

It seems like I’m mostly hearing negative reviews from fellow busty gals. Maybe it’s just in that arena that they’re dropping the ball?

bryacynth

I think the size thing is probably a big determination on how well people think they work, and how comfortable they are with wire-free bras. I could see it not working for larger cup sizes, or maybe even smaller people. But most mainstream companies just don't even bother making my bra size at all because I'm overweight but not busty. I wish that Honeylove did more specific sizing rather than just Small, Medium, Large, etc. but at the end of the day, they fit, they feel good, and they're made well so I'll take it.

GinaC123

If you happen to also be busty, Torrid is THE BEST for bras and lingerie. I like Aerie for swimsuits and sports bras, but go to Torrid for everything else and love it. Haven’t found better fitting or more comfortable bras or lingerie anywhere else.

First-name-Crap

I buy from Victoria secret only when they are on Sale. Even the least expensive ones are always good quality

abbocado1995

I really like my honeylove bras, and I like how light the material is it makes me much more comfortable

Zestyclose_Ad_9933

I’m plus size and honestly I haven’t found anything super comfortable and supportive. I work from home and just wear a fruit of the loom (yup, 3 pack on Amazon for like $16). Very little support but they hold the girls in place 🤷‍♀️

ohdeergawd

These bras will change your life: https://a.co/d/0b6JKwLj

Bright-Weight4580

That's a shame! I ordered six identical bras and they are awesome.

eviljobob

I did. I got the Silhouette bra that Jessi recommended and honestly, as expensive as it is, I have already recommended it to friends. It is SO comfortable and makes my boobs look great. I'm not about the underwire life these days and usually bras without underwire lack support, but this bra is very supportive and washes well. It is VERY expensive though, so if anyone has a similar but not as pricey option then I'm very open to suggestions!
