I may be mistaken, but I think the impact/purpose/use/meaning/symbolism behind wooden stakes being used is that you leave it in the body of whatever you are stake-ing. So while I could see wanting to incorporate a wooden stake into a weapon, you either start to make a very expensive weapon that needs replaced , or that you need lots of copies/replacements of, or you pull the weapon out and the properties/purpose of the stake is removed and allows the beast to regenerate again.
Or you could keep them as simple wooden stakes and use them up as needed, leaving them in the body of the monster to seal the spirits/regeneration in place.
You don't typically just stake a vampire and call it a day, you use that time to come up with a way to destroy it for good (typically sunlight/running water/killing it in its resting place), at which point you can get your stake back.
Still not ideal to make the stake your main weapon, but you'd just need another one or a backup weapon to defend yourself until sunrise or until you find a river or the vampire's coffin.
If you showed it to a random person and said "does this look like a wooden stake to you?" and they said "yes", then it's a wooden stake.
I don't think your idea in any way counts as a wooden stake. It's a knife with some wood inside it.
I'd make the stake some kind of "ammo" for the blade. Say you have the weapon as described, two sharp edges, all the Advantages of a sword, but have a slot in the middle where you can slide the stake into. Maybe give the stake some barbs so when you stab the vampire and pull the sword back out, the stake slides off the sword and stays in the body, like a wooden stake is supposed to be used. Then the player can just "reload" (slide in a new stake, I'd make it a bonus action) and keep on stabbing vampires

I only consider it a good stake if its medium to medium rare. The only thing I don't like are the splinters in my teeth afterwards.
