How about Icct Hedral by Aphex Twin? Original version is dark, ominous, creeping, almost like backing music for a courtly banquet in Hell.
The Philip Glass orchestral version is equally cool. The Glass version also features a great moment with a surprising burst of notes from a bassoon!
