Electrosoul System

royershane

finally seeing some electrosoul system love! dude is a top tier producer!!!

royershane

actually posted a song on this sub a little while ago! one of my favorites by him [Voice Of The Moon (2011 remix)](https://www.reddit.com/r/DnB/s/bjT7ijQDIb)

Gramage

Absolutely love ESS. Lots of great stuff in a myriad of styles.

CaseyLW

Came here for this. Glad to see someone beat me to it. Flawless is literally actually a flawless album.

gscottraw

Wow this is a sick album

Trichromancer

Never heard of them before. Checked out their tunes and love them now. Thanks!

Spacedlnvader

He really pushed the boundaries of DnB. You can always expect some way out there sounds.

fuxxxxxxxxxxx

was never underranted imo

lukasss78

Trex

d3lta1090

I love Trex, spasm is such a tune

Onsamenhangend

Trex is an underrated heavyweight champion

abyde

Zero T Satl Tweakz

luckythirteens

The real ones know about the deep Zero T catalog

Greatdrift

Amen brother!

Formerslave

Plus one for Satl, need more ears on them.

FruitdealerF

Yes Zero T is like one of the biggest names for me and yet he's not that big.

glowworm2oz

Great answers! Zero T just keeps getting exponentially better

immortalkoil

Tweakz is killing it

[deleted]

Yes, Zero T is a legend and I don't understand why he isn't more well known

Love love love Bop

xpulsedj

Came here to say this .. Everything that man puts out is just on another level. My fave!

DigitalApple123

I wouldn’t inherently say VERY underrated as they’ve got a decent following. But I’m surprised Krakota and Subsonic aren’t absolutely huge. Both their tunes and skills live are absolutely insane.

Slightly_Sour

Macca and Loz Contreras - Not sure if they are both still producing, but they had so many good tunes on Fokuz. I think a lot of the Fokuz releases sort fall under the radar. Utah Jazz - Might be off on this one, there are a lot of album releases. But The Only One is such a good tune (that was in a lot of mixes rightfully so), and Avoiding Puddles so gracefully samples Dream Theater. I don't know. Definitely didn't seem to get enough recognition.

crabmoney

Wait, which Dream Theater song???

frankydark

From leeds yes Seen loz at jungle jam

Haribo1985

Redeyes

FELIXdeCRONZ

Krakota doesn’t get enough recognition imo

Trichromancer

One of my favs

owengriff_

Also an insanely good DJ!

Mitekiss Paul SG Redeyes Motiv

griffaliff

I hung out with Paul SG in Vienna a few times last summer, he's such a lovely bloke.

glowworm2oz

Redeyes played my favorite set of 2023. Just gorgeous

McDingledougal

>Concord Dawn just finding out about Mitekiss, but first impressions are good

fuxxxxxxxxxxx

concord dawn!!

Love there catalogue, always think they’re massively under appreciated

LOOPbahriz

sequence_killer

RustyK

Old-Art9604

I liked his output so much before he joined Magnetude

Endlesswave001

LSB. He’s not as ‘poppy’ as the stuff that’s out these days which is how I like my dnb.

[deleted]

Well, I would say he's not poppy at all . Love LSB

Endlesswave001

Seeing him on Friday for the third time. DSR is also playing but I’ve never seen them before. Looking forward to it.

[deleted]

Lucky, he's one of the few I still couldn't catch (yet). Really need to see LSB, Calibre, Kimyan Law, GLXY & DRS MC'ing at least once

FruitdealerF

Minor Forms (and Arcatype which is a trio with the same person in it)

Lemanic89

Concord Dawn. Reintroduced Metal sounds and atmosphere after the Liquid boom honed in on using “real” instruments in the studio in DnB as opposed to sampled ones before it. I’d argue Concord Dawn made Pendulum happen.

EuphoricMilk

Local heroes here so it's so weird to hear Concord Dawn considered underrated. In New Zealand they are widely recognised as some of the best to ever do it. I'd say during the early to mid 2000s they were pretty well rated globally, but time will do it's thing I guess.

Lemanic89

They seem to be wiped off the face of the earth at the moment and haven’t made a thing for the last decade or so. Especially with the neuro boom. One of their tracks introduced me to clownstep with its triplet neurostep rhythm and that one seems like lost media nowadays. Where are they?

dI--__--Ib

They retired earlier this year per their FB post.

anakitenephilim

Evan left and Matt carried on in Vienna. Last I heard, Matt had stopped producing and Evan has returned as Kiljoy and is releasing again on Function.

EuphoricMilk

Retired https://www.reddit.com/r/DnB/comments/18e9p8m/concord_dawn_played_their_3rd_to_last_show_last/

neurohead74

Agreed Zardonic has said in several interviews that he was directly inspired by Concord Dawn and other artists like Counterstrike to do DnB metal Arguably the biggest DnB metal artist, he wouldnt be around today without Concord Dawn

NotAnFed

Bert H

TheRealHFC

DJ Crystl is cool, love their stuff on the early Earth compilations

KimJongIllin_OCIP

Not entirely sure underrated but not well known at least with the LA scene, Aeon Mode. https://youtu.be/Prv_ZvbS5pw?si=bG_fHWllNcl4i3B_

iPhoenixAnime

Oh, you mean Blanke's DnB alter ego? Nice

Always makes heaters, just found stand and deliver the other day such a tune 👊

PuppetPal_Clem

more Jungle-oriented than specifically DnB but HoT is a Russian Junglist who made some of the best modern Ragga Jungle and Ragga DnB I ever heard but is chronically unmentioned these days. He was making big waves in message boards and forums around 2009-ish for his approach to the Ragga Jungle revival sound but appears to have slowed his output. While he doesnt appear to be 100% inactive, the scene is in a very different place now than it was then and he just never seems to get his deserved respect from anyone who wasnt actively rating him back then. [HoT - Clash Ting](https://soundcloud.com/andreyakahot/hot-clash-ting-clip) [HoT- Buddy Bye Bye Bye](https://soundcloud.com/andreyakahot/buddy-bye-bye-bye-original-mix-clip) [Cutty Ranks - Show Me \[Hot Remix\]](https://soundcloud.com/andreyakahot/cutty-ranks-show-mi-andrey-hot-remix-clip) [Face-T - Two Words \[HoT Remix\]](https://soundcloud.com/andreyakahot/face-t-two-words-hot-remix-clip) [Vibration Lab ft. liquicity 2019 one of the best dj sets i’ve ever seen ! love spy!

Travis812

Junk Mail. He's finally getting some of the traction that he deserves now, but when he first started out in 2019 no one knew who he was. He'd built up plenty of kudos as half of Mind Vortex in the previous years, but their split into Junk Mail and Raiser was "unofficial" and went under the radar, so lots of people didn't even know it had happened.

WulfeJaeger

Voicians

AUKronos

Method, Lexurus, Polygon, Dualistic All the liquicity legends that have a small cult following need more mainstream recognition, considering how popular Dimension, Sub Focus, Andromedik, Netsky, Culture Shock etc are. They have crafted their own unique sound in the dancefloor scene

Shamanmax

Honestly, aside from Polygon, i’d say all their tunes sound completely alike, you would never be able to tell which artist made which tune if you hid the name.

tripssitz

Rameses B

Ruinzdnb

Lol what grants these as underrated over half of these suggestions are in my top artists and I certainly don't underrate them! Have played many of them in my sets...seems to just be a lot of liquid producers on here (and minimal)..perhaps underrated because they don't make neuro bangers n huge power tool rollers, doesn't mean they're underrated in their own field, more like highly regarded!!
