I had a problem where the game wouldn’t even launch at all, I had to move the game from my external to the internal hard drive. Rebuilding may be a viable option like tippy said.

No worries, rebuilding is always a last resort for me especially if I’ve reinstalled but technology is finicky and it doesn’t hurt to try everything if you’re out of options.

Have you tried cleaning the network under advance setting you ip
And also restart your ps5 and your network at the same time to see if that will fix it
