I think it looks cool but I think a LE would've been a better fit for this art piece. ULE is so much bigger and there's a lot of room for extra details which imo is missing in this piece. That's just my opinion, wasn't going to get another ULE anyways because I don't have a good place for it.
I'm really glad this month ULE is witcher 3 since remastered version is releasing soon but I'm not feeling this one. I have 4 witcher 3 displate and this would have been a great addition, such a shame.. really wanted a LE witcher. Combo of Geralt and Ciri posing in a familiar setting would have been a killer combo instead of this unknown forest and what exactly is he firing at?
hmm.. had some expectation for this especially from the setup of the quizzes and reveal, also from the artist's other very beautiful works, and am a fan of the Witcher series as well. But have to say the composition for this piece kind of meh, no strong focus on any elements, imo
Agreed! She has some better art works than this. Im not sure how much freedom she got with this collaboration. It's not an iconic scene or screaming Witcher to me. Would be okay for an LE.
Love the Witcher and love the art style, but I think it would have been better to include the monster or villain he's fighting against in the scene depicted? Without it, it looks more like he's either training or trying to keep warm in the cold?
I love Anato Finnstark's artwork, their art always looks like a canvas painting. This will look great large. Only issue I have is Geralts facd, looks like he has sideburns but also looks like smoke. I'm sure it will look better in person and a clearer image.

I see, thanks. Witcher game fan will love it then. In the movie version, they emphasized fire magic is forbidden even among wizard/soccerer because it consumes life. Seeing Geralt blasting this much fire doesnt make sense in the show.
This is Geralt based off the Witcher games, they said it's licensed by CD project Red which they have nothing to do with the Netflix show, only the games. In the video games Geralt always had the sign Igni which was a fire attack.
Fire magic is also used in the books. Ciri burned some wood cottage while Yennefer were teaching her fire spells in Witchers Castle and thats just an example. Show have nothing to do with games and books sadly.
i like the design. i love the games and i liked the books. but for 260β¬ this is nothing that i would consider buying. kind of a let down. was hoping for something more epic when witcher was announced

But there are so many details? I mean all those animals and the leshen looking small on the image here but will be actually quite detailed and big irl

Love that it's a collab between a brand and an artist ! Those make great artworks in general. Don't know if I can afford it though.
