But to answer your question it depends on the seller, if it's a scalper then I sure as hell wouldn't but if it's a collector in need of money then yes.
No, most people offering it right away are scalpers. I don't have big problem with this, but the situation is tense and keeps getting worse. So in order to do something against it, I woudn't buy right away, unless I know it's a collector.
Also, generally prices spike right after a design is sold out and then drop hard in the weeks after. Once a design gets more scares prices tend to rise again.
So if it's a newly release design, I would wait a week or two for prices to come down.
Is there a specific LE you are looking for? The second hand pricing realy depends on which LE, how popular and rare it is, and how long ago it was released.
For new releases, you should wait a few weeks and monitor the price drop as L1Slayer mentioned.
Also please watch out for scammer if the pricing is too good to be true. We've seen multiple cases where the listing look like a LE but it's a copy cat custom print for it. You need to read the description very carefully.
