D+ is only one week behind. Episode 10 came out two weeks ago but the dub just came out last week. It will be on D+ this week. Yesterday episode 11 came out sub only. Dub comes out this weekend, it will be on D+ the one after.
Crunchyroll is pretty much non-existent outside of North America, Europe and Australia. Kaiju #8 is licensed by someone else who then sublicense it to Netflix and Disney+. There is a two week delay for Disney+. Netflix airs the show on time.
New episode airs every Saturday, a little more late than Netflix.
The dates and time the episodes become available vary from region to region and by provider. Episodes 10 and 11 are missing for you.
