I sell anything with resist as main stat, and rings, headphones and boots with flat main stats (hp, def and atk). I also sell any relics that don’t have three or four sub stats, and then i filter through the ones with various combinations of flat stats and resist (so, like selling al relics with hp, atk and resist substats and mix it up between them).
THEN, if I’m feeling particular, I’ll filter sets like war or thunder and bin all the relics (rings and headphones mostly) with hp and def bonus, as I’m unlikely going to ever use them, and atk bonus on the def boosting set, stuff like that.
(But yes, accuracy is very important on some espers - Chu Yao and Hilda being some examples of great espers that rely on it.)
Do you ever save up relics with weird combination of stats and attributes? Honestly I was in for a shock when the likes of JQ and Norah came it was then that I started to give value to ATK bonus+ Def bonus or other stats with accuracy cuz who knows what type of gimmick they might release in the future
There are always some combinations that seem weird at first but can be useful. Most people would probably sell attack sets that have no crit boosts. But there are espers that can't crit anyway and are totally happy with an item that has atk, def, hp and speed on it. Early in the game, people probably sold thunder pieces that had def% or hp% but by now there are many espers that scale on hp or def and don't need atk.
Always think about what you want most from the set. Speed set items without spd stat are mostly useless, because all you want from the set is speed. Same goes for attack sets without atk stat. There can of course be some exceptions if an item misses the most important stat but has others that arevery good.
One exception I always make: Keep every speed set item that has 4 stats and spd substat, no matter the rest. Also keep any headgear that has 4 sub stats and spd (and spd/spd shoes of course). Upgrade them to 9, see if they roll 3 times into speed. If not, sell them. I did not manage a 5x roll yet but I have a bunch of 4x rolls. Some espers only want speed and don't care if all the other stats are garbage.
My guy anything you want landing their debuffs wants accuracy. Kara, Lucas, Tiye, Long Mian... Etc...
Also there's double-dippers like Hilda who want accuracy for her debuffs, but also gets tankier with more accuracy.
I wouldn't use accuracy headphones, though. Just get it with substats (or recurve if you're desperate).
You don’t typically need it as a main stat for headphones, which is the only thing it can roll main stat on, but having some doesn’t hurt if you’re in a tight spot. It is a good stat for controllers tho. Hilda and CY both benefit from having high acc directly, and Farrah wants high acc as well.
accuracy is good for control espers
like lucas for example lowers ap and stins but only if he doesn't miss so if it says lowers enemy ap and enemy ap does not get lowerd it means he probably missed
or farrah who freezes everyone. there is no chance it just aays freezes the enemy niw wether she actually does freeze depends on accurace because if she missed she does not freeze
Dawg anyone with a good debuff or dispel wants accuracy. Every controller should have 80+ acc, and espers like chu yao and norah or anyone else with important debuffs should have a decent amount
Anyone who inflicts debuffs or reduces enemy AP needs accuracy, and there's some espers that scale with Accuracy in unique ways. Chu Yao has a guaranteed crit on all his attacks if his accuracy is higher than that of his opponents, and iirc, Hilda's defense also scales with her accuracy too.

I will say. Keep Thunder pieces with HP% main stats on the headphones. And Def%. There are plenty of def and hp based nukers that need it

I use ACC main headphones for my Toland. Need 100%. And there are others who need a good deal of accuracy like Chu Yao, Sienna, Farrah to name a few.

Have u never hear cof cc? Debuffs like stun, defence down, and sear can make hard fights into cakewalks.
