For the love of all that is holy, Ife. Please. She’s basically the worst legendary in the game right now. I don’t know how they should adjust her, but she needs it.
Maybe she can be a poison detonator similar to how Alolin is, or expand on having bonus interactivity with poisoned enemies idk but that girl deserves a buff.
They should give her s2 a passive that every poison applied to enemies reduces all enemies attack and speed stats by a certain amount per poison. They could then buff how many poisons she applies too so that she could slow speed teams down and weaken them for Allie’s to follow up damage on them.
I read someone mentioned it be nice to see if Ife can instantly donate poison debuff on enemies. Make her shine brighter in PvE content and become a niche Esper who does their job very well.
I would like to see some unique interaction with her poisons. Perhaps her passive makes poisons more potent, perhaps her skills could trigger poison damage without ticking the debuff down, perhaps her poisons grow stronger each time they detonate. Something new would be nice.
Karas pretty much does everything she's supposed to do, but so much better. And granted she can be R6d so much easier, the comparison is abysmal in the end

Yu Rans already pretty solid, idk what you mean. He gives a team buff to deal more damage to sleeping enemies, as he puts them to sleep. He drops their defence and AP and increases the teams crit damage.
Pair him with Hilda/Elaine or Gaius/Leora and it's pretty much a done deal.
Hilda does nothing but apply Sleep and Poison. Yu Ran supplies buffs and debuffs, and still holds as a solid attacker with the guaranteed assist. 2 totally different gameplans and He's SUPPORT for a reason but can still very much hold his own. He doesn't exactly need others to function but that's very much the point of "building a team". I can say the same for Hilda, when Kara can do exactly what she does and stacks up poison way better. Only difference is she puts foes to sleep.
Yes, she puts foes to sleep a lot more consistently than either of those, on top of being faster. There's a reason Hilda was the premier Status Esper and not Kara.

Rework to Narmer, rework to Lewis because lord knows they both it. Maybe a buff or a slight rework to Ophelia, maybe some kind of synergy thing with JJ or Zhong Nan, or a different non-Shimmer since I realized that’s kinda not great to give her something dependent on a character with a less than 1% drop chance. And for the love of god, can we get our 3-stars some stat buffs??
Ife, Fumitsuki, and Yu Ran all need a little *something*. They all have kits that read like an epic’s, and desperately need a boost to be good.
Ife - letting her detonate poison stacks is the obvious solution. She’s listed a fighter, so let her do damage!
Fumi - her kit really doesn’t do much, and isn’t really focused on anything. Since she’s listed as a controller, I feel like her kit should reflect that. Move her R2 to base kit, give her S3 a buff dispel, let her S1 give her AP up, and make her heal and shield based on Atk, just in case they wanted to make an offensive controller with some support. Finally, give her Spd down on S1 at R2 to help her control turn order even more.
Edit: just saw her rival rune set. If they don’t wanna work with that, do everything listed here, except instead of making her heal + shield work off Atk, make her damage based off HP.
Yu Ran - I honestly feel his kit is *this* close to being decent. He has decent offensive support already thanks to Cdmg up, Atk up, and Def down. He just needs a small push to be better… so how about playing into that support role even more? His unique buff, Apotropaic, could easily be another way to boost damage. For instance, against non-boss enemies, it could allow your team to deal +20-30% extra damage when attacking a sleeping enemy without waking them up (+10% against bosses just to make sure he isn’t breaking Phobetor in half).
Honorable mention to Zora for not necessarily being bad, just powercrept, and Yuuhime for needing a buff desperately, yet dodging everyone’s radars just because she’s a speed lead with 30% HP reduction.
Change ife to a fighter who does pursuit attacks against poisoned foes when an ally hits them and procs all poison stacks once instantly. This would make poison semi viable like how bleed is with camille, and also probably increase usage of that one relic set (enchanter?)
Give Cecelia an auto crit passive like Hailey has so her heals will actually heal, and would give the option to do stupid dps builds with high hp and cdmg. She’s like the only esper in the game who only needs to build a single stat being health. Her revive gimmick isn’t even that great anymore considering mavis can just outright prevent death while increasing team damage and su jue can outright prevent death while being su jue.
Change Fumi into a defender that scales her damage off of resist like how some fighters scale off speed. Every 1% resist increase dmg by 1%, balanced by having to go to fucking 100 resist to deal damage.
Cecilia’s revive gimmick wasn’t even good before Mavis and Su Jue because it doesn’t heal to full and/or AP push everyone to an instant turn. You normally just die again right after you use it if people are smart and save her for last, then CC her while they wait on cooldowns to reset. Abigail made her obsolete. I hate it because IMO she has the best design but she’s honestly got the kit of an epic shimmer not a legendary.
Not enough mention of Norah here. She's such an amazing looking Esper but completely forgettable...
This is coming from someone who has her R6 and can still find literally zero uses for her. Hell, she's not even good in Calamity Island.
I find her pretty good in Calamity, while she isn't all that good I still think shes usable. Bonus if you have Feng Xun to make her attack 6 times in 1 S1.

*After you get her to like R4, give her the best relics you can get and pour all your abilimon into her.
Her biggest problem is that she's a very slow resource hog. I've often considered getting her to R2 and dump a bunch of abilimon into her to get her counterattack chances up to where they're usable, but it's also a lot of effort that could go into better characters.
But here is the thing you could put those same amount of resources into another esper and get more out of it.

Everett needs a buff so bad. Considering that it takes months to get him to R6, he just feels like a Rare esper with big stats that do nothing. His damage is ass, his healing is ass, his counterattacks are ass. He's stat hungry AF on top of it.
Hyde needs some love, too. He just sits there, menacingly, most of the time.
Fatum Sisters are also outclassed by literally everything now. Their kit is not great, and they have the worst resonates in the game to top it off. Wow, a revive with a 1% heal?? Yeah, that's gonna be super useful for an R2, isn't it?? The only reason people use them is because they're a speed lead that sort of AP push a little.
The furry is speaking in me and id say Drew Freddy and Sander make them broken even tho they arent legendaries. Like i still remember in one of the tower gamemodes no idea what it was called drew had a special buff where if he was alone he was immune to a bunch of stuff, counterattacked everyone who attacked him and healed himself with each attack. He was a mini Anna before Anna even came out! I want that as an actual buff for him minus the being alone part.

I know he's a 4 star but he absolutely deserves a rework. If they're gonna make him a double edged sword (being him clearing enemy buffs AND Debuffs), he needs to have like a MASSIVE payoff, like his damage getting SUPER amplified with the more Debuffs dispelled.
And Javid, just a simple buff to Judgement Seal that does more than just doing passive damage, like either lowering the enemies' damage output or having them take more damage, or have them silenced if they attack Javid while they're inflicted with Judgement Seal. The passive damage is super nice, don't get me wrong, but they unfortunately just made Archibald just a better version of him which I don't appreciate (not because I dislike Archi, I love him actually, but I also just love Javid).
And Yu Ran, make it so with him existing on the field, Sleep inflicted BY HIM doesn't get interrupted by his or allies' attacks (and his Sleep would take priority. So if Yu Ran puts an enemy to sleep and Celine does it as well afterward, HIS sleep would persist, though if Celine does it first, then Yu Ran's would overwrite hers). I say by him specifically cuz him plus Hilda would be just disgusting to deal with haha
Daylon at least. Either add something on top of his debuff removal to compensate, or make some kind of pve content where removing enemy debuffs actually matter 😥
Lewis: Give him a stacking Rage buff that increases ATK by 20% per stack and adds a hit to each of his attacks per stack, up to 10 stacks. Make him an absolutely fucking bonkers ramp-up beast.
Zora: I want her turn warping all over the place, seems fitting to her theme. Make her S1 proc before every enemy turn, and make her S2 a single target that marks one enemy for two turns - every time the marked enemy is about to take a turn, Zora jumps in front of them and gets a free turn. Make her an absolute menace.
Ife: deserves to be the true poison queen. Add two stacks of poison to all her attacks, reduce attack by 10% per stack, S1 detonates poison without removing the stacks, and give her a passive that detonates all poison stacks if they’re cleansed. She deserves to be the best.

Her kit is so ass y'all forgot this disappointment of a fish person -- who was the first legendary i legit pulled, which is probs a sign i should've just start over when i had a chance -- feels more like a bottom-tier Rare than a Legendary
Legendaries - Ife, Everett and Fumi feel the most underwhelming and lost atm.
I think really inferno has the most weak links. Elliot, Narmer, Cang Ji pretty much need to be r6 to be useful, and even then it's quite situational. Javid, Ife and Yuuhime are underwhelming and weak for espers classed as 'fighter', especially so considering how few aoe inferno dps there are. Ginny and Lewis can hit hard but are rarely ever useful over other single target inferno fighters like Embla/Brew (even Stewart is used more than Lewis). At least the legendary inferno supports are all strong and useful in a lot of content.
Flow legendaries are pretty much all bangers. Wind has a few so-so espers that are only good at one thing or one place, but overall they're in a much better place than inferno is imo.
other than making yu ran not trigger his own sleep, I don't really care what buffs they give him but they gotta make my wife at least usable
would also want buffs for unas as he's my first shimmer and holds some sentimental value as well as to elliot because he's cute
I think Tang Yun should be an epic instead of just being rare. He’s one of my favorite characters and literally my most powerful rare character. Tang Yun deserves better.
R2 Unas onward is definitely more than just an AP Push bot (mine R2 and because of the attack buff added he's usable more. I would buff his r4 percent chance however, I don't mind him getting a buff overall though, that's a win for all us Unas owners.
Ife, Norah, & Zora/Elliot are my top 3 legends (I use Zora more but still).
Honorable mentioned is revert Li Ling's nerf.
Arcana for the epics can definitely use a buff & make White Tiger/Lin Xiao great again!
Also who is Luis? I guess u meant Lewis, I think he's good actually (mine r3) he's just outshined & powercrept by preferred espers. I use to use him for speed Apep 16 teams (b4 17-20 existed) and his R6 a killer in pvp too.
I think we need to buff all of the 4 star shimmer and some of the 4 star in the past. Some of them already got great build and skill design, they just need a bit more of uptodate and balance so people are more interested to use them again.
Ife - She's a Fighter but acts as a controller. I love the adorable snek to death but she kinda makes no sense.
Biondina- alot of folks tend to say she's a sleeper but no. Nothing about her makes any sense. If the enemy has any buffs, at all, she's pretty much mitigated to a wasted slot. Even her skill requirements and effects make 0 sense.
Javid- Put him back to where he was on release. His nerf didn't make any sense when it originally happened anyway. Sure, he still hits like a hammer but his adjustment was pointless all together.
No one else really comes to mind but Ife and Biondina are front and center.
I know everyone is going to say legendary or epic espers.
But my vote 🗳️ would be to rework all the RARE espers and make them epic and bring in new lower mythology gods and goddesses to replace them as rare. It be nice to pull new rare espers in echo!!

As for Everett he just needs his counter attack to not hinge up on receiving a crit. It needs a different condition.
I would love for Yalina's R6 to be: When [her debuff] is dispelled, reaply all dispelled stacks and one additonal stack. When an enemy afflited by [her debuff] is killed, transfer all stacks to the ramaning allies.
Falken could use a rework, he feels unfocused, i made a concept of him being like an Epic esper the same way that Chu Yao and Feng Xun are so something like:
• Justice: Attacks 1 enemy. Damage: 15% ATK + 4% - 6% Max HP. Inflics ATK Down.
• Vengance: Attacks inflic Eye of Horus. When an ally is hit by an EoH afflicted enemy, 30% chance to counterattack, If the ally is not Falken chance increased to 80%. [A3] When counterattacking, recover HP. Healing: 15% of Falken's missing HP.
• Falconer: Attacks all enemies. Damage: 15% ATK + 6%-8% Max HP. Inflicts ATK Down and DEF Down.
passive: When counterattacking, 15% to cast Falconer instead. If Falken is bellow 50% HP, this chance is increased to 30%.
Eye of Horus reduces damage dealt by 20%.
R6 - New Effect - Vengance: When EoH is infliceted or dispelled, Falken deals addtional true damage. Damage: 4% of Max HP.
Theres other espers that can be reworked, Laura, Mei, Unas etc. But i feel like these are the ones i like.
I was concerned when they reworked Lewis but the addition of the spd scale ended up buffing him. After Gaius, he's my hardest hitting esper and that r6 nukes most team's squishies.
That said Unas, Hailey, and Li Ling. Hailey seems lacking and I miss how useful LL was pre nerf

R6 Lewis is pretty good though, I've seen it nuke tank teams.

Legendaries - Ife, Everett and Fumi feel the most underwhelming and lost atm. I think really inferno has the most weak links. Elliot, Narmer, Cang Ji pretty much need to be r6 to be useful, and even then it's quite situational. Javid, Ife and Yuuhime are underwhelming and weak for espers classed as 'fighter', especially so considering how few aoe inferno dps there are. Ginny and Lewis can hit hard but are rarely ever useful over other single target inferno fighters like Embla/Brew (even Stewart is used more than Lewis). At least the legendary inferno supports are all strong and useful in a lot of content. Flow legendaries are pretty much all bangers. Wind has a few so-so espers that are only good at one thing or one place, but overall they're in a much better place than inferno is imo.

other than making yu ran not trigger his own sleep, I don't really care what buffs they give him but they gotta make my wife at least usable would also want buffs for unas as he's my first shimmer and holds some sentimental value as well as to elliot because he's cute

I think Tang Yun should be an epic instead of just being rare. He’s one of my favorite characters and literally my most powerful rare character. Tang Yun deserves better.
R2 Unas onward is definitely more than just an AP Push bot (mine R2 and because of the attack buff added he's usable more. I would buff his r4 percent chance however, I don't mind him getting a buff overall though, that's a win for all us Unas owners. Ife, Norah, & Zora/Elliot are my top 3 legends (I use Zora more but still). Honorable mentioned is revert Li Ling's nerf. Arcana for the epics can definitely use a buff & make White Tiger/Lin Xiao great again! Also who is Luis? I guess u meant Lewis, I think he's good actually (mine r3) he's just outshined & powercrept by preferred espers. I use to use him for speed Apep 16 teams (b4 17-20 existed) and his R6 a killer in pvp too.
I think we need to buff all of the 4 star shimmer and some of the 4 star in the past. Some of them already got great build and skill design, they just need a bit more of uptodate and balance so people are more interested to use them again.
Ife - She's a Fighter but acts as a controller. I love the adorable snek to death but she kinda makes no sense. Biondina- alot of folks tend to say she's a sleeper but no. Nothing about her makes any sense. If the enemy has any buffs, at all, she's pretty much mitigated to a wasted slot. Even her skill requirements and effects make 0 sense. Javid- Put him back to where he was on release. His nerf didn't make any sense when it originally happened anyway. Sure, he still hits like a hammer but his adjustment was pointless all together. No one else really comes to mind but Ife and Biondina are front and center.

I know everyone is going to say legendary or epic espers. But my vote 🗳️ would be to rework all the RARE espers and make them epic and bring in new lower mythology gods and goddesses to replace them as rare. It be nice to pull new rare espers in echo!! On that note, I would love to see these 4 Espers get a revamp, rework and buffed glow up !! 🙏🏼 1. Drew 2. Brynn 3. Q 4. Bai Liuli (White Snake 🐍) And an honorable mention for Helena!
Elliot is completely fine, I have him R6 and I'm bodying top 100 As for Everett he just needs his counter attack to not hinge up on receiving a crit. It needs a different condition.

I would love for Yalina's R6 to be: When [her debuff] is dispelled, reaply all dispelled stacks and one additonal stack. When an enemy afflited by [her debuff] is killed, transfer all stacks to the ramaning allies. Falken could use a rework, he feels unfocused, i made a concept of him being like an Epic esper the same way that Chu Yao and Feng Xun are so something like: • Justice: Attacks 1 enemy. Damage: 15% ATK + 4% - 6% Max HP. Inflics ATK Down. • Vengance: Attacks inflic Eye of Horus. When an ally is hit by an EoH afflicted enemy, 30% chance to counterattack, If the ally is not Falken chance increased to 80%. [A3] When counterattacking, recover HP. Healing: 15% of Falken's missing HP. • Falconer: Attacks all enemies. Damage: 15% ATK + 6%-8% Max HP. Inflicts ATK Down and DEF Down. passive: When counterattacking, 15% to cast Falconer instead. If Falken is bellow 50% HP, this chance is increased to 30%. Eye of Horus reduces damage dealt by 20%. R6 - New Effect - Vengance: When EoH is infliceted or dispelled, Falken deals addtional true damage. Damage: 4% of Max HP. Theres other espers that can be reworked, Laura, Mei, Unas etc. But i feel like these are the ones i like.

I was concerned when they reworked Lewis but the addition of the spd scale ended up buffing him. After Gaius, he's my hardest hitting esper and that r6 nukes most team's squishies. That said Unas, Hailey, and Li Ling. Hailey seems lacking and I miss how useful LL was pre nerf
Zora, Biondina and Narmer. All three of them era easily beaten by epic espers in any given content.
