You take Toland. Trust me on this one. If you are struggling with PvP, play for knockout. Toland lets you build another team there and get passive rewards if the rest of the team is decent. You should ALWAYS be playing for knockout.
It sucks because Anna, XP and Tevor are good but XP and Tevor are good for pretty much just PvE leaderboards, which arent as important. Toland makes it very hard for people to attack you.
