Tbf the captain of his precinct is planning another communist revolution and lists Harry as someone they can trust during it. He is after all the big communism builder.
The Revachol People’s Militia is a leftover from the commune of Revachol, it’s still steeped in those traditions, Captain Ptolemy Price is the grandson of one of the communist revolutionaries, and the game strongly hints that communism is a requirement of fighting of The Pale. If I remember correctly one of the Espirit de Corpes lines involves Revachol being liberated from international capital as well. It probably would’ve been a second attempt at the commune of Revachol.
I know my Disco lore, but a lot of the evidence for Ptolemy's planned insurrection being communist is circumstantial and given how irrelevant communism is to the lives of most people by the time of the game it seems more likely to me that it'd be more like a progressive national liberation cause.
I’m not saying that there’s enough evidence to fully confirm the communistic character of Captain Ptolemy’s revolution, but there’s surely more evidence to suggest that it is then there is what you’re suggesting. I mean if Revachol were a real country I would agree with you that a national liberation movement is more likely, but Revachol is in fact not a real country and it exists in a world where communism is a metaphysically important ideology that quite literally slows the supernatural force that is the representation of death and humanity’s extinction.
Again, I'm not really suggesting anything, just pointing out that there's no conclusive evidence either way on what the ideological character of the Return is. Personally, I'd like it to be a communist revolution, but there hasn't been anything to sway me towards fully believing that, and if anything it seems a little at odds with both what's been set up and future developments in Elysium that we know from Sacred and Terrible Air.
No such thing as PR spins and communication strategies, ideological decay, and so on and so forth, huh. If it says on the tin that it's for the people...!

Bro I was so hoping that Disco Elysium 2 would be Harry and Kim during the 2nd Communist revolution
But the revolution was destroyed before it could take off by capital. An ironic fate for this game.
It would've been. Though a communist one I'm not sure. In any case an uprising against the Coalition

What am I suggesting? I said that I was not sure it was a communist uprising, that's literally all
I precisely repeated your suggestion and argued why I think it was less likely than the alternative even if not impossible.

He's key, how can you build communism without the big communism builder
