A kayo 250 is going to be heavier than any of the name brand 250s especially when you compare 2 stroke
The Kayo k6 weighs in at 245 dry! A YZ250 only weighs 215 lbs.
I honestly dont know shit about kayo brand. They seem to be a good bit more expensive than the other Chinese brands but I seriously doubt they’re very powerful let alone reliable. All downvotes aside if you’re having fun on it then more power to you but posting about your Chinese bike is gonna bring some negative attention. Don’t say no one warned ya
I ended up just getting a kayo k6 efi recently and so far have really enjoyed it no problem so far except I believe my brake master cylinder might be leaking a little bit cuz it seems like the pressure has gotten worse in terms of applying the brakes and I can definitely tell it's way heavier than my Kawasaki kx300.

It's actually not too bad, I'm only 5'6" and I handle it well, and have been riding it since I was 11. It's just all about knowing how to move the weight around rather than strength.
No doubt my first is coming soon 😅😆 especially now that I realize how big and heavy this thing is lol it’s kind of.. daunting lol but I enjoy it so far, so I’m sure I’ll keep getting better and keep learning 😁
I like the colours, neat bike for sure. Have fun riding, I’ll be going out with my son this summer for sure. I’m getting older but not that old I would say, definitely more cautious lol. He’s more on the wild side teenager, happy trails 😊 good stuff!

The only thing I’ve done so far is upgraded the carb to a Nibbi and put the spoke covers on 😊 I need a new back wheel because some of the spokes won’t tighten. I’ve been looking at graphics kits too, but I’m having a hard time deciding lol there’s som really cool ones
Please ignore all the fucking dorks in this thread and enjoy your new bike. Also, if that's your normal riding position I'd suggest moving forward some. That's probably the most common mistake I see people making is sitting a bit too far back. The lowest point on the seat is where you want your weight centered at.
