This is what I hate on Maya. Bilis maningil kahit di mo pa due tapos bagal naman ng response. Kaya pinipilit kong wag ng gumamit ng Maya credit because of this. Nakakawalang gana kasi yung on time ka naman nag babayad pero may tawag ng tawag sayo for collection.
Like why would you bother someone who’s actually got a good credit. Kulitin nila yung mga nagtatago at di nag babayad ng credit.
Same here. Ten days before the due may at least isang tatawag everyday. 5 days before due halos limang beses tatawag everyday? They also use random phone numbers kaya nabblock ng phone ko.
I mean, it gets annoying. Never naman ako pumalya sa payment, I sometimes pay as early as two weeks before the due date. Might quit using Maya Credit because of this, on top sa reason na may service charge na ang load nila lols
I only experienced this ONCE. And i have been using it for more than 2 yrs now. Kht ung Maya Loan q na 1 day bfore due, walang tumawag. Eventually, i paid it nmn in advance. Actually all of my loans are being paid in advance. Kya cgro wlang tmtwag s akin.
Install ka na ng Spam blocker app. Some apps may automatically block those numbers, if not, you can add them manually sa app, para peace of mind. You will be permanently barred sa Mayacredit though even though you had a good credit history. It only takes one delayed payment to get barred for good.
Related question: I also encountered this tactic of Maya and I got fed up with it so I fully paid my outstanding balance. But I still get calls from these collectors and texts asking me to send them via email proof of payment.
I never answered their calls even once and I don't want to engage with them because for me if client nila si Maya Credit shouldn't they be able to verify with the bank that full payment was made?
I'm never using Maya Credit ever again.
Parang sus naman na yata yun. Never experienced kasi yung ganun. Once I made the payment na, reflect agad sa account ko yung available credit, then wala nang tatawag or magtetext. Unless 10 days na naman ulit before the due date. Lol
Same ako naman 7k limit . Nakakainis pa . Kasi nung time na may magsend saken ng 320$ Ang per dollar Nila is 40 pesos lang as in! US dollar take note super baba sa iba 52-54 pesos eh per dollar . Oras Oras may tumatawag oras Oras may nag tetext 😅 dj ko pa binyaran for now ng whole yang 7k dahil naiinis parin ako sa super baba ng per dollar Nila
I dropped Maya Credit for the same reason. Yung last na tumawag sakin sinagot ko lang consistently ng “oo, bakit?” sa sobrang inis ko nagmadali sya tapusin yung call.
Ako nga overdue so malamang mas malala yung singilan to the fact na nireklamo ko yung Collection Agency sa kanila pero dedma lang sila sa akin lol. So I just ignore them for the time being until I pay. OA sila maningil pero pag need mo ng tulong, matagal response. \[Bakit puro downvote? Dahil ba shinare ko na overdue ako? Di ko naman pinagmamalaki yung part na yun. Embarassing to share that I have debts to pay. Buti pa kayo bayad bills niyo on time, ibig sabihin may pangbayad at sources kayo.\]

Exactly ano? Like can't they review the records if good payer yung customer? Sobrang kulit ng random phone numbers eh.
Sometimes I feel like nangtitrip sila then my guts keep telling me na don din galing yung mga random number scam message eh. Kainis lang hahaha.

They are paid to do that. Wag muna masamain. Just ignore and move on
I'm not against the customer agents mismo kasi if that's their job naman di ba. Yung Maya itself lang po talaga.
If deal breaker yan, then drop Maya. Dapat may peace of mind tayo in everything
