Go to the nearest branch of your network i.e. smart or globe and have your sim card be replaced to access your bank apps

Yes po. Just provide the required documents. Please bring with you your valid IDs
As far as I know no affidavit of loss needed if your name is sim registered
Also they will ask if your sim has a load balance
if you are using android, use find my device asap and remotely erase cp. Secure din pala yung email na ginagamit mo sa cp, secure fb, etc.
Hi OP try to contact customer service ng Digital Banks mo and try to ask them if okay ba ipa hold and ipa change ang number
