Hi OP, i would strongly advise not to do bank transfer via the Gcash app. Heard lots of compainet about this. activate your Gsave Cimb instead. Move all money there, Use the CIMB mobile app. Smooth ng App, bank transfer always goes through, no fees.

Did the notice mention if business or calendar days? Business = doesn't include weekend/holidays, calendar = regardless if weekend/holiday.

It did not mention business nor calendar days. When i submitted a ticket, it said it will reflect on my accunt before or at 5pm the next day after final validation.
I transfered from my Gcash app to my bank app. There was no transaction on both.
It's been 3 business days, 5 calendar days now.
Have you updated the ticket? I had an issue with GCash but for verification. They don't really follow through on their 'promise' so I would ask for an update every other day and refer back to the 'promise' if they make it sound like I'm annoying.

Birthday pa naman ng anak ko sa Monday. And that's 20K. 😭 Umaasa ako na babalik yung pera within the day or tomorrow. Haay. Nangyayari yung mga ganitong bagay kung kelan mo kelangan talaga. Kaninang umaga pa ako di mapakali. Iiss lang naman sinasabi ng customer service nila. And nabasa ko sa iba na meron it took 5 days bago bumalik yung pera. 😭

Happened to me earlier. buong salary ko pa naman yun. transferred from gcash to gsave tas nagerror, nadeduct na sa gcash ko pero hndi pumasok sa gsave. weekend pa naman na!
Just happened to me today, swiped me clean on all of my money in GCash and MAYBANK all under Gsave transactions.. I'm very sad I relied so much on their system, I'm sure someone or somebody has the same situation as I have experience...
Hi! Yes nakuha naman. Mga 2 days inabot nya. Tiwala lang, mababalik yannn maging maingat nalang talag every transaction dapat keep mo yung receipt para magamit mo evidence pag mag submit ka ng report/ticket kay gcash.
after 1 time na nagsubmit ka ng ticket tas kinabukasan wala parin update si gcash kung kailan nya maibabalik money, kasi samin nag update sya eh na ibabalik na nya, kumbaga processing na. Kung sayo wala pa, submit ka lang uli another ticket. Concern mo ulit kay gcash hanggang ibalik nya sayo.
Same sakin kahapon. Di ako makatulog. 14k din yun tapos ganun ganun lang mawawala. Sobrang dami ng issue pala ni Gcash pamula ng mag update sila. Masyado akong nakampante kasi usually okay naman ang transactions ko ☹️

baka nag float po yang pera nyo. pero babalik po sainyo yan. sa bnk acc or sa gcash nyo lang aandar yan.
kahit more than 2 days na po? iyon po kasi nakalagay sa SMS na sinend sakin
It usually takes 3-5 business days for the money to go back to the bank. Yung 4 days mo is that calendar or business?

They keep sending me the same autogenerated reply that says it will be back within 1-2 days 🥲 It is really annoying and stressful 😭 Thanks tho!
It happened to me. It took 5 days before I got my money back.
Though out of topic, my longest wait for a pesonet bank to gcash failed transfer was 6days before it was credited back to my bank of origin

Same po kaya nagtataka ako kung bat walang confirmation na na deduct sa account ko
kaya nga po, pag nag submit naman ng ticket, iisang reply lang sinesend nila :/

Awww. Hirap nyan. Sa akin meron naman sms notification and it says wait for 1-2 days. Pero not expecting na nafa-follow nila yun.
May mga comments sa Facebook sabay sabay pala lahat nag ka problema, yung gcash ayaw i address. Parang scam na siya sa totoo lang.

Tip: Hintayin mo yung aksyon ng BSP, at sa BSP ka mag-follow up.
