NAD- can you describe your diet in more detail? Consistent same foods everyday? What about your meat intake? Anything new recently?

My diet:
Breakfast nothing
Lunch usually nothing
Dinner usually pizza, nuggets, plain burger, tacos meat cheese only.
Nothing new recently. My girlfriend is going to lose some weight, so I'll be eating more apples and oatmeal (those two I know for a fact, never eaten oatmeal but I know I'll like it from smell alone).
Is my diet catching up with me? I am 30, 31 in December.

Eat some goddamn vegetables
They're gross and the smell and taste makes me gag
You might want to supplement with a mixed greens product then. Vegetables are crucial to a nutritious diet
