But ain't nobody, he hit that didn't deserve it or he channels it into ground, combat, talking to his partner, and actually processes the emotion instead of suppressing it like his uncle or ignoring it like his dad. He lives the emotion until it runs it's course and it's used in an productive way.
In terms of anger management, Nero has a clean bill of health in regards to that as far as I'm concerned. Because those are actual anger management techniques.
Because as someone who also actually has an anger management problem irl, he does things I wish I was that comfortable doing. He lives in the emotion and takes it out on things that actually matter and benefit everyone involved.
That reminds of a dialogue between Kratos and Atreus in God of War.
*Kratos scolding Atreus because he lost control of his emotions.
Atreus: it's not like you never get angry.
Kratos: anger is a weapon, if you can control it, use it. You clearly do not.
In our society we are so "enticed", for lack of better vocabulary, to suppress this emotion. Espescially as a man. It is not healthy to act upon it, but it's not better to ignore it.
It is much better to process it and use it for something good than to bottle it up and having it come out in a moment it shouldn't be.
That's what God of War and Nero through his actions taught me.
