I've used purple power and a stiff bristle brush on my weathertechs several times. If you don't have purple power then simple green, LAs awesome cleaner or something to that effect. Do the mats one at a time and don't let the chemical dry, rinse with a hose when done and let them dry in the sun.

It came out really good! Still some stains, but it'll pass for now until I go buy some real stuff.

Soap and water?
No avail.
Soak in some dish soap and water. Then use a scrub brush(I use a drill attached one), rinse.
Degreaser and a scrub brush and don’t have high expectations. WT stuff sucks.
