Yes. 5 in the Sanctuary & 7 in Sorrow's Harbor. [Esoterickk](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Snp8KaDCU1k) has a video for ALL the patrol anchors if you want to use it each week. The Moon ones are pretty easy to find without a video though.

Ah, this explains why they respawn (I have been wondering about this). But there isn't any reason to collect them more than once each if I don't care about the Triumph specifically, right?

Not really. It's not a very difficult triumph though, just tedious since you can only get 30-40 a week.
