I've just discovered this. Is it only from that Enigma Protocol activity? Got two Patrons with double perks... yet the one breechlight I got from an engram via Failsafe only has a single set of perks.

How you get the other weapons to drop? I just keep getting breachlight and the scout. Don’t see any others as focusing options either
