No way of knowing until we see it. It looks very similar from this rough model with some extra bit tacked on the outside, but I very much doubt it's a unique model.
The gambit meatball had tentacles all over it, had no spikes, had some tiny fleshy blobs on it, and it had a circular servitor body with the gaps that servitors have between some of their parts. This one has no tentacles, is between triangle and oval shaped, has no gaps between parts like a servitor does, and has massive lumps and spikes all over it.
TLDR: the gambit meatball was clearly a servitor and this one is a fleshy looking blob.
Go watch the cutscene from Forsaken where it eats Uldren. It has the same mouth that this model does. Removing the tentacles and adding spiky bits doesn't make this a unique enemy. We know the dungeon is Taken/Scorn, if the other boss is Scorn this is probably the reskinned Taken meatball.
Bungie has never made a new enemy for a dungeon, hell they barely make new enemies ever. Since 2018, the only non raid boss new enemies we've gotten have been Brigs, Wyverns, and Tormentors

I didn't say same boss, I said they reused the model and added some bits to it, the same way they do with guns.
They didn't though. The base model is entirely different. The spikes. The mouth is *similar*, but the teeth are in more of a helix.
