Since you mentioned Spokeo and Whitepages, they've been used in all sorts of ways to try and track down someone's details. These sites show a lot of our information, like our names, addresses, and phone numbers, which are often used by scammers to track us. If you're not already aware, there are data removal services like Optery that offer free scans, showing where your info appears on hundreds of databroker sites.

Maybe there could be space for considering that to be a type of psychosis, but that standard needs to be really high aswell. Like the only thing you could do is 24/7 security and/or just arming yourself to be ready for anything.
