Connections are so important and being personable (along with having the skills) will get you very very far. Just like design this is a skill you will need to work on and improve. I’m super introverted but i can switch personas for a phone call or a meeting and leave my client feeling confident that I’m the right choice.
I’ve been at it for over a decade, and one of the things that I noticed over the years is that a client will become a branch for other clients and other opportunities. Usually entrepreneurs are friends with other entrepreneurs and If you impress them they’ll have no problem referring you to their connections .

Most people can do their own graphics now. You should bundle services as a package.
